小出しに新ラーメンを開発しているのはすごい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタンダードな嵐げんこつラーメン（特に醤油と塩）は中々美味しいけど、期間限定のイベントラーメンはイマイチなケースが多いと思います。
つけ麺が好きなので、豚そばつけ麺か裏メニューの無双つけ麺をよく頼みます。（メニューに載っているのに何で裏メニューなのか？）
机にはピリッと辛い無料の壺ニラが置いてあり、途中で味を変えることが出来ます。
ガーリックを効かせたメニューが多いので、匂いを控えたい方には不向きです。
新小岩店は狭く、カウンターが中心なので、１人でササッと食べる感じの店です。
The standard Argentine genkotsu ramen (especially soy sauce and salt) is pretty good, but I think there are many cases where event ramen for a limited time are not good.
I like tsukemen, so I often order pork soba tsukemen or warrior tsukemen from the back menu. (Why the back menu is on the menu?)
There is a spicy and free vase on the desk, and you can change the taste on the way.
There are many dishes with garlic, so it is not suitable for those who want to suppress the smell.
The Shin Koiwa store is small and the counter is the center, so it's a restaurant that you can eat quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全国チェーン展開しているラーメン屋さんの中では最大手と思われるらあめん花月嵐さんです。
新小岩は総武線沿線なのでたまに飲みに寄ったりしますが飲んだ後の締めのラーメンなどで利用する事が多いです。
私は一番スタンダードなメニューの醤油ラーメンよりも塩ラーメンの方が好きです。
後は毎月限定ラーメンやコラボラーメンが出ているので気になるものはチェックし食べに行きます。
今回はミニカレーなるものがあったのでラーメン屋さんのカレーはどんなものかと食べてみましたが割と普通のカレー(甘口)でした。

ニンニク、激辛ニラが無料なのは最高なんだけど。
もしかして麺、変わりました？ 昔より細くなってません？ 前の方が好きだった。
店員さんはワンオペで大変そうなのに声のトーンの明るさを保っていて素晴らしいなと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「きら星」とのコラボ限定。スープはとろみがあって、ガツンと強い豚骨の旨味。臭みもありますが、これだけ旨味濃厚なら問題無し。玉葱とキクラゲがやけに少なくて残念でしたが、スープからは本気度が伝わりました！！ここ数年の花月期間限定の中では一番だったかも？？
Limited to collaboration with "Kiraboshi". The soup is thick and has a strong pork bone flavor. There is a smell, but there is no problem if it is so rich in umami.
