O	Osamu.A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楓、塩、味噌の三種類を食べてみましたが、どれもが魚出汁が強めでした。不味くはないのですが、魚粉がちょっと効き過ぎてる感じがありました。一番美味かったのは、黒マー油が効いてる濃厚みそらーめん。メンマの味付けが濃い目なのは良いけど、噛み切れないぐらい固くて、メンマというよりも固い干瓢みたいな感じでした。もっと柔らかいメンマに出来ないんでしょうかね？これは業務用メンマでも良いぐらいでした。チャーシューは、美味いけどちょっと大きさが小さい。これは全然物足りないですね！全体的に何か気取ってて、見た目や作るスタイルに拘りすぎて、何か基本的なものを見失ってるようにも思えました。この辺り（矢本界隈）主流の高砂味噌で頂点を目指した方が、割とすんなり地域にも溶け込めると思うのですが、その辺りはどうなんでしょうかね？ I ate three kinds of maple, salt, and miso, but all of them had strong fish soup.
