イ	イケダケイ, a.k.a. 珊瑚LOW (珊瑚LOW) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海老辛味噌ラーメンを頂いたのだけれど、まさかと思いながらトップノートで伊勢海老みたいな大型海老しか想像できなかった。けれどミドルで徐々に甘味が広がることで甘海老を認識し、ラストでは完全に甘海老になるという不思議な味わい。辛味噌を入れた途端に海老が皆無になったのに｡｡｡それでも最後は辛味噌を越えて完全に甘海老だった。本当に狸に馬鹿されたような、否、甘海老に馬鹿されたのだった。誤解を恐れずに言えば甘海老のラテだ、多分エスプレッソはしてないけれど。大変美味しゅうございました。ごちそうさまでした。 I got the shrimp spicy miso ramen, but I could only imagine a large shrimp like spiny lobster in the top note. か	かぴばらすぴーど on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 矢本の住宅地に有るお店。コロナ対策が万全で衝立、消毒は勿論、来店客の連絡先記入まで。比較的新しいお店なのか、店内は綺麗でした。駐車場は店の前に５～６台でしょうか。店の前の通りは一方通行で、帰る時に注意が必要です。さて、ハツ店でしたが。メニューに「一度は食べていただきたい」とある豚骨塩をオーダー。綺麗なラーメンでスープが美味しい～(^^)最後まで飲み干してしまいました。麺は豚骨にしては柔らか目な感じ。でもスープに良く絡んでグッ。大ぶりなチャーシューは食べごたえ有ります。東松島産の海苔、たっぷりのネギも良いですね。海老出汁の味噌も美味しいそうなんで次回試してみたいです。 A shop in a residential area of Yamoto. 凜	凜パパ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022-1-30 おいしいラーメンが食べられると聞きつけ、初訪店しました。入店んして先ず感じことが、大変お洒落な店内で居酒屋、ラーメン店と言うよりは、カフェ的な造りです。丁寧な接客を受けつつ、エビ味噌ラーメンと明太しらすのハーフ、キクラゲをトッピングをチョイスしました。待つこと約10分くらいでの着丼で、先ず目を引くのが、非常に綺麗なラーメンと感じ、丁寧に盛り付けされていました。丼自体は小さ目に感じますが、深さがありスープ量も十分でバランスが良いです。チャーシューは低温調理な感じて、2種類のお肉が楽しめ、他具材はメンマ、桜エビ、バラのり等々、コスト掛かってます。スープを一口で口の中にいっぱいに広がるエビ感にビックリ、エビ好きにはたまりませんね。また、味変に辛味噌がレンゲに添えられてらおり、後半まで飽きずにスープが飲めます。麺は太麺をチョイスしましたが、そこまでの太さは無く、中太麺で味噌との相性は○でした。トッピングのキクラゲも質、量共に満足でき、明太シラス丼も美味しかったです。初訪店でしたが、完成度の高さを非常に感じるお店でした。またお伺いします。 2022-1-30 I heard that I could eat delicious ramen, so I visited the store for the first time.
