上	上野美徳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビをみて初来店！昼時なので店内は満席でした。ラーメンを食べ進めると茶髪の長いチリチリの髪の毛が混入してました。私は髪が黒なので私のではないのは間違いないし作り直してもらうのも待ってる人がいるので気まずくて言えない空気…。店長さん達もテンパってる雰囲気でした。。混入していた髪の毛はテッシュに包んで捨てましたがテレビとみたイメージの店長さんと全然違いました。ガッカリです。。。テレビはテレビ演出でよく見せてるだけかなこちらのクチコミの悪さが一番正しいかなぁ〜 First visit to the store after watching TV! ケ	ケイ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家の近くということもあり何度訪れたのかわからないくらいのお店。久しぶりに妻と2人で20時頃訪問。テーブル席が2つ空いていてカウンター席はお客さんで埋まっている様子。私の前にも3人組のお客さんがおり、外で順番待ち中。テーブルは二人用になっているため、カウンターの空き待ちかなと思い、食券を買い案内されるまで外で待つことに。妊娠中の妻が一緒だったため早く案内してくれないかなーと思いながら待っていました。 2月のこの時期の夜で風も強く、寒空のもと待っているとカウンターの席が空き、前の3人組のお客さんが店内へ。そのすぐ後にテーブルに案内された。だったら最初から前のお客さんに声かけるなりして後から来た私たちですが、テーブルに案内してくれよという怒りでいっぱいでした。店長らしき人と従業員と思われる方の私語も多く、店長さんが無愛想でもう気分は最悪でした。以前他のお客さんが食事中に厨房内で従業員を叱っていたのを見たことがあり、それを見ながら食事するのは気持ちの良いものではありません。トッピング等も注文通りに来ないことが多く、ラーメンの味は美味しいのに、お店として最悪です。二代目、三代目とお店がありますが三代目でも従業員に怒るところを目撃しました。また、テイクアウトをお願いすると嫌そうな顔をされます。もう二度と行きません。 It's near my house, so I don't know how many times I visited.
