S	S R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行きつけのスポーツジムです。三鷹駅の近くにあり交通が便利です。以前は別のスポーツジムに通っていたのですが、こちらに変えてから月謝が半分になりました。ファストジムのなかでは初期に開店したお店なのですが、最近できた店舗は値段が1000円ほど上がっているようです。このスポーツジムは24時間営業なのでいつでも運動ができることは魅力です。ただし、夜間は係の人はいません。自分でICカードを使って入室するようになっています。監視カメラが随所に付いていたり、非常ボタンがあちこちにあったりするので、防犯にはかなり気をつかっています。 1000円でロッカーを借りることもできます。シューズのほか折りたたみ傘なども入れているのですが、三鷹駅で雨に降られて困ったときに助けられたこともありました。良いスポーツジムだと思います。 It is a sports gym of the end. y	y y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安くて駅に近い24時間ジム。各部位1つずつのマシン、トレッドミル7台くらい、バイク4台、ダンベルは30キロまで、スミスマシンあり。初心者が一通り満足できる設備だと思う。通っている人もトレーニング初心者が多い。一方でスタッフのレベルは常に最低である。全く挨拶しない、失礼しますなど当たり前のことを言わないスタッフが複数名いる。(特に女性。スタッフが入れ替わってもこれは変わらない。ティップネス系列のはずだが教育してないのか？) スタッフルームで雑談はする癖に挨拶もできないというのは職務放棄に等しい。色々なジム(24時間含む)に通ったが、こんなにスタッフが酷いジムは出会ったことがない。そこが気にならなければ普通に過ごせる24時間ジムだと思う。 A 24-hour gym that is cheap and close to the station.
