なぜか高圧的な態度で突っかかってくる男性スタッフがいてとても不快だった。Esimについての説明を受けている際に、楽天linkの説明を併せてしていただけるとのことだったのですが、その説明については不要だったため「その説明は大丈夫です」と言っただけなのに「何が大丈夫かわかりませんが。」とコントのような返しをされて焦った。

楽天モバイルに乗り換えようと思い来店しましたが、女性スタッフに本日は回線エラーで1日新規開設できないと言われた。 あたりを見たら沢山の客がいてきっと忙しいから対応したくないのだろうと思い、他の近くの楽天モバイルに行ったら案の定すぐ開設できた。 こんな店は見たことない。 店に入っても誰も対応してくれず、 暇な時はペチャクチャ従業員同士で喋っている。 ありえない。
I came to the store to switch to Rakuten Mobile, but a female staff member told me that I couldn't open a new store today due to a line error. When I looked around, I thought that I wouldn't want to deal with it because there were a lot of customers and I'm sure I was busy, so when I went to another nearby Rakuten Mobile, I was able to open it as expected. I've never seen a store like this. No one responded when I entered the store, In his spare time, Pecha Kucha employees are talking to each other. Impossible.

They literally give you a phone number to call when you can't use your sim card. I'm in the shop, just help me! Useless. I like the service, but if you have a problem, they're useless.

Bought a 2gb 90days sim from them, have to press the 2nd last option on the system to buy accessories to get the queue number needed. Kudos to the service lady whom saw i was having problems! Soon after another guy with good service helped me setup my android device and tested its working before i left.

Made to wait an hour and then skipped over by people who had arrived later - staff didn't even notice until I grew pretty angry. Staff seemingly have 0 incentive to try and pull in new customers: my visa is currently being renewed so I don't have my zairyuu card. They refused to accept my hokensho or my UK driver's license as proof of ID, to sign a contract with them. The most annoying part is the staff member showed absolutely no remorse for my wasted time (which was mostly as a result of their failure to queue manage) nor offered much in the way of advice as to how I could sign a contract to pay them money every month... Went home and managed to sign up online in under 10 minutes... The only reason I didn't go with another company after this experience is because my credit card is also with Rakuten and the points can be used against the phone bill. Avoid if at all possible.

People like standard Japanese people. That means they are good but this place just selling something to you. And not caring anymore. If you want to ask some questions They are telling you call the call service. Waiting list little bit long but this is not their fault actually
