★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 待ち時間思ったより待たなかったので、オーバー目に待ち時間を伝えると思います。ハルトコーティングしてもらいましたが、丁寧に施工して頂きました。

2017年11月20日に改装オープンしましたが、接客レベルは並、店員さんによる差が大きいように思います。
（追記）
2018年11月下旬利用の際、接客レベルが向上しているような印象を受けました。しばらくの間、注視してみようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドコモショップはどこの店舗も駆け込みで行くと待ち時間長すぎてうんざりするので、前もって予約をしてから訪問しました。
予約していたので案内も手続きも全部スムーズでした。
担当してくださった方も分かりやすく説明してくれたり、こちらがお得なように知らなかったキャンペーンなどもやってくれたりでdポイント3000円分もらえて得した気分になりました笑

ただ、来店予約を入れようとしたら、一週間先まで❌になっていたのはいかがなものかと思いましたので、星を４つにしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドコモを解約した後の諸手続きで来店。他2店舗にいき、お答えがあやふやでしたが、こちらの対応はとてもよかったです。解約した後ろめたさのような中、的確に判断して答えてくれたので、本当に助かりました。
