マ	マンゴーチャン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6月に機種変更で来店しました。 5000円キャッシュバックがあると、auコールセンターから伺っていたのに、未だにキャッシュバックされておらず、auコールセンターに問い合わせてみたところ、そのキャッシュバックは、本体を下取りに出さないと、キャッシュバックされないキャンペーンだと説明されました。このお店では、そのことについて、説明が全く無かったため、今になって発覚しました。本当は、本体を下取りに出したかったのですが、自宅にWi-Fi環境が無いため、データを移せず、以前他の店舗で機種変更した際は、お店のWi-Fiを使って、データを移してもらえたのですが、このお店は、そんな親切な事は、ありませんでした。そのため、下取りも出せず、結局キャッシュバックもされず、なんだかとっても損をした気分になりました。ものすごく不親切だったわけでは無いですが、きちんと説明して頂けていたら、こんな事にならなかったと思うので、残念な気持ちでいっぱいです。私は、このお店には、二度と行かないと思います。 I came to the store in June due to a model change.
