★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から姿勢が気になっていて、知人からの紹介でこちらに来てみました。
自分の姿勢や動きのクセを画像で確認出来てとても分かり易かったです。
その後、自分の姿勢のクセに合わせた運動をやっていきましたが、辛い感じはなく、むしろ心地よく体の力が抜けていく感じがしました。
ふと鏡を見てみると今までの自分と全く違う綺麗な姿勢の自分がいてびっくり！
体も軽く感じました。
1番良かったのは、次の日朝起きる時がとても楽でした。
いつもは体の重さを感じながらやっと起きるといった感じでしたが、少ない睡眠時間でも何時間も眠ったかのようにすっきり起きれました。
自宅でも教えて頂いた運動を続けてみます。

I felt my body light.
Best of all, it was very easy to get up the next morning.
I always felt like I was getting up while feeling the weight of my body, but I was able to get up as if I had slept for hours even with a little sleep.
I will continue the exercise taught at home.
