前行ってたパーソナルジムはコース料金だから最初に10万とか20万とか払ったけど、ここは都度払いができるから凄く助かります。
最初払ったのは体験料金の¥5,000くらい。
自分のペースで行けるから凄く良い。
元ライザップトレーナーや面白い凄腕トレーナーもいて、いつも行くのが楽しいし、かなり引き締まりました^_^
