お店に入って右手が美容室、左手がネイル・マツエクと分かれています。フロントは同じですが、スタッフの方は皆愛想がない感じです。ぶっきらぼうな雰囲気でロッカーに案内されます。スタッフ同士の会話も聞こえるし、フロント周囲からぎくしゃくした雰囲気を感じます。
うわぁー失敗したかなぁと思いましたが、マツエクの技術は高かったです。持ちも良いし、施術時間も早かったです。値段も良心的だと思います。全種類0.2mmの太さがあれば尚良いなぁと思いました。
施術台のソファーに汚れ？傷？があるのと、靴を脱いでお邪魔する小上がりが少し埃っぽいのが気になりましたが、それ以外は特に気にならず仕上がりは満足しています！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネイルで訪問しました。担当してくださったネイリストさんは感じがよく、「その日は」綺麗に仕上がり満足しておりました。
ただ、残念ながら9日目で剥がれてしまいました。
1週間経過していたので、有料でのお直しでも仕方ないと思っていましたが、クーポン利用のため有料でも直せないとのこと。
たった9日で剥がれるような施術をしておいて、お直しもできない、すみませんの一言もない、電話口の方の愛想もない。
10日目には2本目も剥がれました。
施術したサロン以外で2本だけ直してくれるところを見つけるのも難しく、頻繁に全爪を変えるのは爪に悪いので、この状態で後2週間も放置しなければならない。タイミング悪くこの状態で誕生日を迎えます。本当に最悪です。
もちろん2度と行きません。

スタッフさんは皆さんとても優しくて愛想が良く、心地の良い接客をして下さいます。
施術に関するスキルも高く、「こういうスタイルにしたい」とお伝えすれば色々なアプローチを提案してくれます。毎度イメージ通りに仕上げて頂き、とても有難いです。また、ヘッドスパがとっても気持ち良く、しばらくは髪のサラサラが持続するので気分が上がります！
お店専用のアプリがあり、予約やクーポン利用などが分かりやすいですし、アプリの中でスタイリストさんへ個別にメッセージを送ることも出来るので、事前の確認などができ大変便利です。
カラーなどの料金は少し高めの設定みたいですが、回数券を利用すればお得に通うことも出来ます。
駅からも近くとてもオススメの美容院です！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブリーチを頼みましたが斑に仕上がり最悪でした。安くもない値段だったし、これが初めてのブリーチで期待していきましたがすごく悲しくなりました。指名しましたがほとんどアシスタントの人がやっているし、何もしない時間があってなんの時間…？となりました。なので予定よりも長くなったしカットも全然要望通りじゃなくて他院では髪の毛をすきますかと聞いてくれますが全くなくやって貰えませんでした。カラーの相談もすごく素っ気なくて嫌な感じでした。むしろ前より巻きにくくなって最悪です。友達と行きましたが友達はマッサージをしてもらっていたりシャンプーを貰っていましたが私は何も無く、インスタ掲載で500円引きとありましたが引いていただけなかったです。もう二度と行きません。

私はマツパはここで2回やりましたが、まつげが痛みにくい液のクーポンにしました。
違うお店でしみたりしたことがあったのですが、ここは若いスタッフの方でしたがとても上手いです。全然染みないし。
椅子もリラクゼーションバッチリの白いフカッとした椅子で爆睡してしまいました！笑
それくらいリラックスできます！
ツケパするときはマスカラがついているとパーマがかかりにくいのでやるときはしないでいってください！
