Great food and nice atmosphere. However, the service could be improved for a restaurant of this level. コース料理を食べ、とても美味しかったです。ただ、暖房が効きすぎ、ちょっと不快的でした。また、カウンターに座り、隣の人が携帯でバスケの試合を観戦したのはちょっと雰囲気を壊しましたね。。このような所なら、スターフはそのような行動に対して注意すべきだと思います。 食べ物は美味しかったですが、サービスは改善できるかと思います。
Great food and nice atmosphere.However, the service could be improved for a restaurant of this level. I ate the course meal and it was very delicious. However, heating was too effective and was a little uncomfortable. Also, sitting at the counter and the neighbor watching a basketball game with a mobile phone broke the atmosphere. . 場所的になかなか行くことのなかったお店、口コミもよく気になっていたので行ってきました 予約をしててよかった!席は満席ですが個室なのが嬉しい 創作的なお料理に美しい盛り付け 旬のせりや、湯葉、やら それぞれに小さなミニ握り飯がついてるのも可愛らしかったです お値段もそこそこ また伺いたいです! 東北ミシュランプレート、納得!

記念日にコース料理での利用。 カウンター席で、親方達の仕事と出来上がる料理(他の人の注文も)を見ながら、あれがくるのかな?あれ美味しそう…とか、食べる以外でも楽しめる。 素材の味と出汁やシンプルな味付けが絶妙で、和食バンザイ?となるし、和食の奥深さに触れる感じもする。 なにはともあれ、とにかく、「美味い」を楽しめるお店。

カウンター席で6品のコース料理を予約しました。此処はおとなの隠れ家でゆっくりと時間が過ぎます。旬の宮城産などの新鮮な魚介類やシェフの見事な包丁さばきをカウンターで見ながら美味い酒と美味い日本料理、会話を楽しめました。 薬味は山葵、生姜、塩やすだちの絞り汁、出汁で割ったポン酢や醤油などと豊富でした。店内はお香がたかれ、おしぼりにはミントの香りが。スタッフのこころ遣いも…。 先付は湯葉とトマトでさっぱりと 2品目の前菜は椎茸の吸い物と牛タン肝燻製 鯖 の逸品ともずくやホウレン草と貝の煮物などを辛口のあたごのまつをいただきほっこりしてきました。3品目の造りは鮪、鰹、アカイカ、ホウボウなどの刺身を柑橘系の香りがする白ワインシャブリで口の中はまるで肴とワインの協奏曲 4品目は焼物でスズキ炭火焼はしっかり肉質でしかもジューシーな味わいで大根醤油おろしでさっぱり 5品目は煮物で茶碗蒸しです。中にとうもろこしやアスパラやホタテや椎茸が 6品目はもずくと海苔と巻き海老と山葵のお茶漬けでしめました。

21’9月デートで行きました。完全個室。 奮発して一番高い全9品のコース、仙台牛も味わえます♪The和食店という感じで料理の説明も丁寧です。季節の国産松茸は肉厚で香り良し!天ぷらはふわふわで、地元のとれたて海鮮も美味です。 ps:チューブわさびでなく、本物の擦りたてワサビに感動しました。
