★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 屋号に【げんこつ】と書かれていて強烈な豚骨?と思い入店。
食券を買うのですが珍しくチャーシュー単品のボタンがある。もしかしてチャーシューに自信ありかな?と思いつつ″ワンタン麺″を注文。
第一印象は
油が多くてしつこそう…
でしたが食べてみるとこの油はぜんぜんしつこくなく、くどくもない。むしろ味に深みを与えてる。
スープ自体も根幹がしっかりしている。油が深みを与えかつ、とんこつの味がしっかりと感じられる。
薬味のネギが多めだがこれが良い!スープとの相性抜群!
《味は塩、醤油から選択》
麺はウェーブ掛かった中太麺で加水率は高めかな。延びにくくスープに負けてない。
小麦の仄かな甘味を感じられる良い麺だ。
《固めのオーダー可能、ランチは大盛無料みたい》
チャーシューは角切りになっている。(ワンタン麺だからかな?)これが美味しい!変に味付けしてなく肉の旨味を残してある。
券売機で単品売りするだけの事はある。
《次回はチャーシュー麺決定!》
この店の評価はもっと高くても良いと思うのだが、恐らく【考えてたとんこつラーメンとは違うから低評価】なのではないかと思う。
世間一般のとんこつラーメンは白濁し獣臭がするものだと勝手に定義してしまいこの店の様なとんこつは認めないのかな?
このタイプのとんこつラーメンは間違いなく【鹿児島系とんこつ】である。
1、久留米・玉名系が代表する臭い白濁こってりとんこつ
2、長浜系が臭め白濁あっさりとんこつ
3、鹿児島系が白濁してないあっさりとんこつ
大まかにこの3種に別れるがこちらは間違いなく3!
嘘、間違いと思われた方は是非現地で元祖と詠われてる一杯を食べ比べて頂きたい。
新幹線に乗れば1日で回れますよ!
Is it a strong pork bone with [Genkotsu] written in the shop name? I entered the store.
I buy a meal ticket, but rarely there is a button for a single char siu. Maybe you are confident in char siu? I ordered "Wonton noodles" while thinking.
The first impression is
There is a lot of oil and it seems to be persistent ...
However, when I tried it, this oil wasn't persistent at all, and it wasn't too bad. Rather, it adds depth to the taste.
The soup itself has a solid foundation. The oil gives depth and the taste of tonkotsu is firmly felt.
There are a lot of condiment green onions, but this is good! Excellent compatibility with soup!

The noodles are medium-thick, wavy noodles with a high water content. It's hard to spread and is not defeated by soup.
Good noodles with a hint of wheat sweetness.

The char siu is diced. (Is it because it's wonton noodles?) This is delicious! It is not seasoned strangely and retains the umami of the meat.
There are times when you just sell a single item at a ticket vending machine.

I think it's okay to have a higher rating for this restaurant, but I think it's probably [low rating because it's different from the tonkotsu ramen I was thinking about].
I have arbitrarily defined that tonkotsu ramen in general is cloudy and has a beasty odor, so I wonder if tonkotsu like this shop is not accepted?
This type of tonkotsu ramen is definitely [Kagoshima tonkotsu].
1. Smell cloudy pork bones represented by Kurume and Tamana
2. The Nagahama system is odorous and cloudy.
3. The Kagoshima system is not cloudy and light tonkotsu
Roughly divided into these 3 types, but this is definitely 3!
If you think it's a lie or a mistake, please try and compare the cups that are written with the originator locally.
If you take the Shinkansen, you can get around in a day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何代目とかよく分からないが、げんこつ屋の味だった。安定して美味しい。ここは塩味か特に美味しい。ワンタン麺、生姜麺は塩味と合う。味付チャーシュー、みじん切りネギ、これに生姜が合う。
最近少なくなったツルツル麺もラーメン感が増す。
おすすめです!
I don't know what the generation is, but it was the taste of Genkotsuya. Stable and delicious. This is salty or especially delicious. Wonton noodles and ginger noodles go well with salty taste. Seasoned char siu, chopped green onions, and ginger go well with this.
The smooth noodles, which have recently decreased, also have a more ramen feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の13時くらいにお邪魔しました。店内は意外と混んでましたが、奥のカウンターに座れました。注文は食券を購入する方式、豪快塩で大盛無料だったので大盛をお願いしました。刻んだ玉ねぎが豪快に入って、スープは出汁が効いてひつこくなく、最後まで美味しくいただけました。連れが食べた生姜入りも大葉が入って美味しそうでしたよ。
I visited around 13:00 on Saturday. The inside of the store was unexpectedly crowded, but I was able to sit at the counter in the back. The order was a method of purchasing a meal ticket, and it was free of charge with a large amount of salt, so I asked for a large amount. The chopped onions went into it, and the soup was soup stock that wasn't too sticky and was delicious until the end. The ginger that my companion ate also looked delicious with the perilla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の14時過ぎに訪れました。店内は空いていて、すぐに案内されました。注文後も5分程度でお料理が出てきました。げんこつという名前や見た目からこってりしていると思っていましたが、さっぱりしていました。私はげんこつ塩をいただきました。ネギが細かく主張しすぎないので、ネギ臭さがあまり感じられず、マイルドな印象でした。塩と正油を食べ較べてみましたが、正油の方もさっぱりしていてがコクがあり、塩より深みがある印象でした。個人的には塩のあっさり感が良かったですが、どちらにしても、とにかくさっぱりしているのでとても食べやすかったです。餃子が食べられなかったのが残念です。
I visited after 14:00 on Sunday. The store was vacant and I was immediately informed. The food came out in about 5 minutes after ordering. I thought it was thick because of its name and appearance, but it was refreshing. I got Genkotsu salt. 香油ラーメンを頂きました。以前の味を思い出すことが出来ませんでした。でも、チャーシューもとろけるように美味しいし、二代目さんの味も悪くない。また食べたいと思いました。今度は豪快ラーメンを頂きに行きま~す

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4月6日の12時半過ぎに入店 カウンターに4人先客あり、コメントに高評価多かった塩ラーメンを自販機でチケット買い着席、たいして待たずに着丼。
大盛り無料で840円です。
深い丼で店のオリジナルデザイン。大盛りもそんなに量が無いと思ったが深さがあるのでけっこう満腹感あり。
程よい塩加減で脂も少なく滋味深いスープは刻んだ葱との相性も抜群。
チャーシューは大きいのがドンと1枚 存在感あります。
但し深い丼なので底のスープをすくいとるのが多少手こずりました。
レンゲ使わず丼の縁からごくごく飲み干すのが良いかも
ラーメン通はレンゲは絶対使わないそうですが☀️
また通いたい味です。

周りの学校が休みだからか、タイミング良く二人で来店でしたが、待たずに着席できました!
塩ラーメンとワンタン麺醤油を注文。
どちらもとても美味しいです!
都心の有名店よりはるかに美味しかったです。
オススメは塩だと思います。
醤油食べたら塩も食べたくなるのでは…
あと、チャーシュー追加しておけば良かったです。デフォで少しだけ入ってたのですが、トロトロ系でとても美味しかったので、次は必須ですね!!
塩にはネギ追加も美味しそう!!!
また行きます!

Arrived around 12:15 on weekdays in August.
The two of us came to the store at the right time, probably because the schools around us were closed, but we were able to sit down without waiting!
I ordered salt ramen and wonton noodle soy sauce.
Both are very delicious!
It was much better than the famous stores in the city center.
I think salt is recommended.
If you eat soy sauce, you might want to eat salt too ...
Also, I should have added char siu. It was included a little by default, but it was very delicious in the Toro Toro system, so the next one is indispensable! !!
Adding green onions to the salt looks delicious! !! !!
I will go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. For customers who does not know “Genkotsuya” it is NOT pork bone (豚骨) soup.
2. It is very delicious classical/mild/sophisticated ramen with chicken and fish soup, middle to thick noodle and hand made pork (grilled pork=焼豚).
3. Table seats also exists and it was surprisingly family friendly.
4. I will definitely repeat.
5. It is new and does not seem very popular yet (it is not easy place to go), but hope they become popular.
