エリア別に営業のチームを組織しており、チームごとにその都度ポスティングを進めています。
1年単位で配布を実施する契約を結んでいるので、その支払い関連は、その都度ではなく本社でまとめて対応。
契約更新月の先々月までに配布を実施した回数を集計して、次年度の予算を確定しています。
基本的には、物件の工事完了スケジュールに合わせて配布のタイミングを決めているのですが、大田区の大森西でオープンルームの宣伝のためのポスト投函が急遽必要となった事がありました。数年前からの御縁でかなり仲良くしているとはいえ、今日夕方に決まってからの明日スタートというタイトな日程だったので、断られることも視野に入れてのお願いでした。その答えは「お任せください！」こんな急な案件にも関わらず気持ち良くこちらの要望を受け入れて下さり、とてもありがたかったです。OKの連絡が来てすぐにチラシを直接持ち込み、支払いもその場で済ませました。きちんとエリア選定をして配布していただき、お蔭様で予定枚数の配布も完了。その時にチラシに掲載していた物件は、予想よりも早く問合せの電話が鳴った上に、該当物件の目標としていた来場人数もクリアすることができました。
