They are located in a very nice place in Shinjuku.. there’s a lot of nice restaurants and other stores right around so it is perfect to stop and grab a drink or dessert. Their chocolate tapioca pearls are the best..! I love all of their drinks and crepes. They are really friendly there always. For people who don’t know Japanese, you should be able to order well even without knowledge of the language. Their prices are really fair too, especially for Tokyo. I love them!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The glass window appearance it what caught our attention, because the food looked amazing. But the service here was not. I wish we spent our money somewhere else. I never give bad reviews, so I'm disappointed having to write this. We asked the last at the window making the food if she can do mine without the caramel twice because we didn't get a response and figured she might not have heard the first time. We were polite, yet got rude service in return. She still put caramel on it, despite asking if I can have it without the caramel (she was putting the contents in the middle while I was asking, so it wasn't last minute). When she handed it to me, my husband said "she was asking if she could have it without the care..." and got cut off by the lady with a big solid "no." Like what was the issue that you couldn't just hand it to me without that topping? At least I am not allergic to it, but I feel bad for anyone who is allergic to certain foods, because they will NOT care. I wish there was an option to rate no stars. The crepe cone only had 2 little scoops of icecream in it and was mostly stuffed with whip cream in the middle, so it wasn't even satisfying to eat.
