★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here was great and the experience was amazing. However, the service they gave us (foreigners) was a bit disappointing. We would order what we wanted via their tablet system and for some “odd” reason it took a bit long to receive our orders when we placed them on the tablets, approximately 7 minutes per order and mind you this is a timed buffet. Moreover, the people next to us were locals and received way better service than us. They would order and within a minute or two they would receive their order. We ate less because of this issue. Other than the intentional hold ups on our table the food and drinks were great. In Japan, its a sign a of disrespect to leave a tip, and in this case I would have left one because encounters like this are uncalled for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got one of the all you can eat plans. Good selection of meats and other sides such as vegetables, soup, rice, etc. Good price and quality meat in my opinion. The ipad they give you to order for all you can eat has an English button as well making it convenient for foreigners.
