★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヤマダ電機より対応が的確です。修理にヤマダ電機に持っていった確認もしないで、PCはハードディスクが壊れていないと無償が受けられないと言われ仕方なくPCサポートに持ち込んだら、ハードディスクが壊れていることが確認されて、再度ヤマダ電機に持ち込みました。とにかく手間のかかるヤマダ電機です。無事に修理が上がってきたら、セットアップにヤマダ電機より80%くらい安く再度PCサポートならできます。
Correspondence is more accurate than Yamada Denki. Without confirming that I brought it to Yamada Denki for repair, I was told that I could not receive free of charge if the hard disk was not broken, and if I had no choice but to bring it to PC support, it was confirmed that the hard disk was broken and again I brought it to Yamada Denki. Anyway, it is Yamada Denki that takes time and effort. If the repair is completed successfully, you can set up with PC support again, which is about 80% cheaper than Yamada Denki.
