2021/11/24追記 バッテリーの最大容量がたったの2週間で50%までに減少している。あり得ない。。。充電がきちんとできなくなったのはバッテリーが不良品だったのではと疑っている。問題発生時の対応は客側のせいではないかとの疑いから入ってと非常に悪かった上に、部品まで不良品だなんて救えない。。。 2度と行かない。スマホスピタル、アイサポの方が何十倍も良い。ライトニングの交換を依頼したが、修理後は更に充電の調子が悪くなり、再度来店した際、利用しているケーブルのせいで部品が壊れているとの疑いをかけられ非常に不愉快な思いをした。その上、結果的に部品が壊れているのは問題ないと言いのけて、部品代が勿体ないと考えているのか、壊れていると自分で言っていた部品の交換さえしなかった。その後も純正のケーブルや充電器を使っていないせいで基盤がおかしくなっている、利用期間が長いからと、根拠のない言い訳を並べて、修理したせいではない、責任はないとばかりに言い訳ばかり並べてくる。非常に聞き苦しかった。保証の意味を知っているのかと思うような言葉ばかりで店としての信頼性がない。リスクはわかって修理を依頼しているが、あまりにも責任感が無さすぎる。何度か修理をしているスマホスピタル、アイサポではそんなことはなく、まずは再度キチンと見てくれて、その上でこちら側にたって状況を説明してくれ、念のための部品交換もしてくれていた。そこまでしてくれて状況が変わらないなら仕方ないと思うが、言い訳しか言わなかった。このお店に行くぐらいなら、絶対に他に行った方が良い。

1/21、iPhone 6の画面割れの修理に。 HPに書いてあるので責める訳ではないのだがパネル代4400円と、更に修理代として同じくらい金額が掛かるw 他のiPhoneレスキュー(お勧め)やスマホスピタルではHPに載っている以上の金額は取らないのに… 「iPhone 6なら中古とかで買った方が安いですよ」ってそれは知ってるわ。 4000円代なら買うよりも安いから修理に来てるんじゃw 当然その時は持ち帰りました。 その節は失礼しましたm(_ _)m
