残念な点
他の店員さんの手があいているのに協力的ではなかった。
担当者がバタバタしていたのが見ていて気分悪かった。
夫婦共に感じました。
改善された方が良いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々にノジマを利用したのですが、以前とは違った素晴らしい接客を受けました。確か店長さんかな？携帯のプランやネットのこともわからなかったのですが、無事に色々と教えて頂け、欲しいものも手に入り満足です。
新居から近いのでまた利用したいと思います。
I used Nojima for the first time in a while, but I received a wonderful customer service that was different from before. Is it the store manager? I didn't know about the mobile phone plan or the internet, but I was happy that I was able to tell me various things safely and I got what I wanted.
It's close to my new house, so I'd like to use it again.

前日に電話をいただき８時〜１０時に納入する旨ご連絡いただきました。
日曜日だったので何時でも良かったのですが、朝８時に来られたら困るなと思ったのと冷蔵庫の中身をどうすれば良いのかを聞こうと連絡して来た携帯に電話をしましたが、不在で留守電にその旨連絡を入れましたが、それに対しては連絡がありませんでした。冷蔵庫の中のものは何個もの保冷バックに入れて古い冷蔵庫は空っぽにして待っていました。
結果的には９時半ごろに届けていただき、テキパキと廊下に毛布を敷き搬入と撤去をしてくれました。
良い対応だったと思いますが、留守電に対しては何もなかったので星１個マイナスしました。
I bought a refrigerator the other day.
I received a phone call the day before and informed me that it would be delivered from 8:00 to 10:00.
It was Sunday so it was always good, but I thought it would be a problem if I could come at 8 am and I called the cell phone that contacted me to ask what to do with the contents of the refrigerator, but I was absent. I contacted the answering machine to that effect, but did not contact me. I put a lot of things in the fridge in a cool pack and emptied the old fridge and waited.
As a result, it was delivered around 9:30, and a blanket was laid in the corridor and carried in and removed.
I think it was a good response, but since there was nothing for the answering machine, I deducted one star.

台車に乗せたオーブンレンジを車まで運んでくださり、古いオーブンレンジも無料で引き取っていただけると言う事でとても助かりました。
何処の店舗もスタッフさんが親切で有難いです。
