H	Hiroki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日iPhoneの画面割れの修理とバッテリー交換でお伺いしました。ちょうど数ヶ月前に奥さんがi-Rescue119さんを利用(画面割れの修理)し、仕上がりに大満足だったという話を聞き、私も今回初めて利用させて頂きました。過去にも何度かバッテリー交換等の修理を他店舗でも行いましたが、どこで修理をお願いしても仕上がりは一緒だと最初は思ってました。ですが…i-Rescue119さんは全く違いました！まさにプロだなぁと実感…事前の状態確認の際に最近少し気になっていたWIFIが繋がりにくくなっていると感じる点を素早く見抜かれ、その他にも2箇所程瞬時に…今までの店舗では全体の状態確認をしてもらえることはなかったので驚きでした。1時間程度で作業は終了し、パッと見新品かと思うような光沢…長年利用していてかなり古くなってる機種ですが、愛着はありますのでこれでまた数年安心して使えます！丁寧なご説明と卓越した技術に大変感銘を受けました。今後も修理が必要な際には夫婦共々利用させて頂きます。(しばらくは安心ですが…笑)有難うございました！ I visited you today to repair the cracked iPhone screen and replace the battery. 佐	佐藤光一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて利用させてもらいました。子供達が使っているSwitchが充電できなくなり、困っていました。新品を買おうか迷っていましたが、直るなら直そうと、Switch・修理で検索して出てきたこちらに、とりあえず電話で相談してみる事に。オーナーさんが電話対応してくれ、症状を伝えると、こんな使い方していませんか？とズバリと次々に言い当てられました笑電話した翌日には持ち込みさせて頂きましたが、電化製品とかって持ち込んだら一旦預かりますって言われてすぐに帰るイメージでしたが、こちらは違いました。どこが故障しているかすぐに見てくれ、その後修理部分についても丁寧に説明がありました。状況にもよるとは思いますが、修理金額の提示もあり、安心してお任せ出来ると思い、修理をお願い致しました。「修理部品が欠品していて通常より時間かかりますよ」とおっしゃっていましたが、それでも3日ほどで修理完了の連絡がありました。引取りに行くと、ここが一番びっくりしましたが、預けた時よりもむちゃくちゃキレイに戻ってきました！また今後の使い方についても、丁寧でわかりやすい説明もありました！ iPhoneの修理もされているみたいなので、壊れた際は間違いなく、こちらを利用します！ I used it for the first time.
