★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Windowsのログイン画面でたまに固まることがあったので無料見積もりを依頼しました。
ハードウェア的には問題ないとのことだったので、データを退避させようと一度引き取ったところ
Windowsも認識せず、真っ黒な画面から進まない状態でした。
元の状態に戻して欲しいと伝えたところ、Windowsが起動する状態にするには費用が必要で
データを復旧する場合はさらに追加費用が必要と言われました。
事故だったのかもしれませんが、どうにもならない状態になってから費用を請求されるのは
とても困りました。
これ以上追加で費用を請求されるのも困るので、泣く泣くデータはあきらめて
自分でWindowsをクリーンインストールして対応しました。
少し高くてもメーカーに修理を依頼することをお勧めします。
