★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been around forever in various guises (it was "TwoTop" when I first saw it). Good prices on used Macbooks, really good prices on computer parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good prices, one of the cheapest in Akiba for memory parts (HDD, SDD, RAM) and processors.
They have a good selection of parts with an excellent warranty and after sales support system.
However, on big sale days you can expect to line up just to enter, it's a small building so gets very cramped easily. Staff don't really help on the shop floor so not ideal for people who aren't sure what they want.
Staff do not speak English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, they do have lots of parts, and yes they do sell some (all be it, a limited range of used items), though beware... I have bought SSDs from them only to find that the manufacturers software can't identify them as genuine... this isn't a problem associated solely with this particular store, but is pandemic across the whole area - so your cheap deal, may end up burning you - buyer beware - Cheap Chinese knock-offs are rife within Akihabara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience at this store in akihabara. The staff i talked to was not willing to help at all he is i think 38-45years old amd he is wearing eyeglasses .I went December 12,2020 at 11:30am and ask him question. Because im not an expert with compatibility of monitor connecting to my MacBook pro.
Im thinking of buying extension monitor and yet he answered me rudely saying that "Im working for Microsoft products(unable to identify though, that's why i ask, unknowingly that they have specialty of selling specific brand) and don't know your questions, if you are not gonna try you are not gonna know , right" if you are reading what he said ,sounds decent and professional but the way he say it is rude to me is so so rude, he is like scolding me for asking. Well, my one rating star should not be here but no choice i want to post this rude experience from them.
