One of the best Apple stores I have been in. Very clean design and layout across several floors. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Wad there during the first week of the iPhone 11 launch. Lineup to get into the store but they did have one available depending on the size and model.

People are super cool, but sometime, they are not able answer simple technical question that they have to made us to wait in 2 hours to get our answer. Too crowded too that the apple store staffs are too wondering what the heck with people coming with simple questions, but hey, that’s what and where you need to add value by being the champion on your product and empower the customers to use your product in full utilization

Lack of support for customers. They promised replacement AirPods Max due to the condensation issue and then I was sent back the same replacement. They said they found no faults despite having connection problems. If you buy their product at non-Apple store, you won’t get your money back. All Apple cares about is the money. Customer service is the least of their concerns. Too many problems with the AirPods Max and the customer service from these people. People pay a ton of money, yet the store experience is simply horrible.

I had a question to ask before deciding to buy a new MacBook Pro but the staff said if you want to ask a question instead of directly buying one, you need to wait for two hours until 8:30pm to get a reply. Totally disappointed that they treated a potential customer like this.

Visiting this place many times for a Genius Bar. Usually it's very crowded in the weekend, esp in the first floor. COVID19 makes me cautious being with a lot of people indoor. Thumbs up for the service. Genius Bar service is quick. If we already make appointment, almost no waiting time. If we have to wait, the 3rd floor waiting room is very convenient. Some staff can speak English, so no worries if you cannot speak Japanese. From my experience with other Apple stores in Japan, most of them doesn't have English speaking staff.

Staff at Ginza store are not supportive. One talked to me as I am his friend.. there is no flexibility as well. I just wanted to recycle my iPhone 11 MAX PRO as was near by the store, but without any success. It does not matter paid you for the apple care or not…

Great customer service at apple Ginza store. Since we are in the middle peak Covid cases of omicron, reservation is required if you need staff to explain you otherwise if you have decided on the model and just need to buy and go. It will only take 10 minutes. There is a shortage of silver color MacBook Air, when I called the store before visiting they told stock is not available. When I went to store and told I prefer silver and if not available space grey would do. Some how staff brought the product and within 10 minutes we were out of the shop. This is my second visit to this store in last 4 years. I felt Customer service is outstanding. as it was raining today the shop person near the exit was personally putting and removing umbrella covers for customers.
