M	Masahiro Oguma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/28 PCデポ長岡店に行きノートPCの修理を依頼しようとしました。若い店員が対応しましたが、「2時間店内で待って下さい」と言われたのでPCを預けてから2時間待ちかと思い、「それまで外に行ってて良いですか？」と尋ねると「ダメです。2時間後にまた来店して、依頼をして下さい」とのこと。「順番待ちの予約してもらい2時間後に来店したら、PC預けていいのですか？」と確認したところ、「いいえ。2時間後に来店して頂き、その時点で先約がいたら、またお待ち頂くことになります」と言われました。つまり、順番待ち制度はなく、兎に角、店内で待ってろ、というシステムということです。店員の態度も客を待たせることを何とも思ってない様子。客の事を全く考えてない、自分たち中心のやり方。諦めて、その後に近くのジョーシンへ行ったら、即親切に対応してもらい、問題解決。PCデポは二度と行かないと決めました。周囲の知り合いにも情報共有しようと思います。皆さんも、PCデポにしかできないサービスでない限り、他店に行くのをおすすめします。 3/28 PC Depot I went to Nagaoka store and asked to repair my laptop. I decided not to go to the PC Depot again. I would like to share information with the people around me. Everyone is recommended to go to another store unless it is a service that only PC Depot can provide.

Ryzen5 had an inventory tag but it wasn't there. Ryzen 7 5800X was sold instead. (´ ； ω ；｀) In addition, I had various mysterious experiences. I ended up buying Ryzen 7.

満	満 Mitsuru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家から最も近いPC用品店として訪問した。製品によっては店頭在庫が少なく選択肢がほぼ無い場合もあり、「そんなに高性能、高価格なパーツじゃなくて良いんだけどなぁ...」と感じる事も多々ある。内臓HDDや内臓SSDは見回した感じでは見付けられなかった。モノによっては相場価格より高い場合もあるため、「相場価格を調べてから」の検討をオススメする。 2021/8月追記自作PC勢の方々はこの店舗を使うことはまずないだろう。 PCパーツの価格確認に度々来訪しているが、市場価格より2割～３割増しの強気価格設定であった。例えば市場ではCPUクーラーの虎徹Mk-2は現在3000円台で買えるはずであるが、こちらの店頭では4000円台である。送料を考えても通販した方が安いし、新潟市にあるPCショップに行った方が良い。 I visited as the nearest PC supply store from my house. S	S T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品物も予め定めて伺いました。改装した事もあり、店内も綺麗で商品も見やすかった。その事もありこの店舗で購入を決めた。しかし、店員の品質が悪過ぎます。菊◯という男性店員にあからさまに嫌々接客された。当方もあまり機械に強くない為、他に何が必要かなど周辺機器も揃えたかったのですが、何も教えてくれず、本当に嫌な思いをしました。他のスタッフさんがどうか知りませんが、あのような人間は接客業に携わって欲しくない。高額な買い物なのに残念極まりない思い出になってしまった。 I also asked about the items in advance. H	Hex6ji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 改装したら機械音痴の人からお金を搾り取るだけの施設になってしまいました。自作パーツの販売スペース・品揃え激減店内の1/5だけが陳列棚のある販売スペースで残りは全てだだっ広い商談スペースになってしまっています。その陳列棚の1/7だけがPCパーツと酷い有様しかも改装時に棚から下ろした物を埃被ったまま並べ直して売ってます。その上高い他の棚はスマホグッズやその辺の家電量販店でも売ってるPC周辺機器で埋まっています。知ってる中で県内で唯一のPCパーツ店で、遠くから来てでも利用していましたがこれではもう来ることはないでしょう。 After the renovation, it became a facility that only squeezed money from people with mechanical noise. K	Kotobuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は普通のパソコン・家電量販店ぽい感じでしたが、久しぶりに訪問したら随分高級感のある内装に変わっていました。PCパーツやサプライなどが陳列されている棚のスペースは店舗面積の3割くらいに縮小され、他のスペースは会員専用と思われるラウンジとアップルコーナー、携帯の契約スペースなどになっていました。自作er的にはちょっと物足りない感じありますがパーツ類は割とあり、ゲーミングコーナーなどもあるのでまぁまぁ悪くないと思います。今は通販で買う人が多いと思いますし。ただ、MBなど在庫あるのかないのか分かりにくいので、現物がないのであれば「売り切れ」「入荷待ち」などの掲示が欲しいです。それとお店の責任ではありませんがグラボの棚がすっからかんですね…。早く好きなグラボが好きな時に買えるようになって欲しいです。 It used to look like an ordinary computer / home electronics mass retailer, but when I visited it for the first time in a while, it changed to a very luxurious interior.
