窓口とテーブル、全て埋まっており、どこも全然空かないって、何やってるんだか。
待っていると、紙パックのジュースをくれたところは良かったですが。
対応してくれた女性が、香水臭かったです。
接客業なので、そう言うのは不必要では！？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分の接客にあたった店員男（中年）の態度が偉そうで嫌味な言い方され人の話しを聞かなくすごい気分を害された。
わざわざ店舗まで行ったのに、最悪でした。10年以上使っていたが、解約することに決めた。そもそもソフトバンク高すぎる。
このおじさん店員、店長かわからないが接客向いてないし、気をつけた方がいい。
