★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイミング次第では店員さんに聞きたい事があっても見あたらない事があるが、わからない事を教えて貰えたり、相談したりなどかなり親切に対応して貰える。商品によっては他店やネットで買うよりも安い物もある。

購入をすすめられるだけで、行っても意味なしだった。
何の店なのかわらない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雰囲気の良いお店でした。価格はもちろん、通販や秋葉原には勝てないでしょうが、わざわざ遠くまで行ったり、自分で調べなくても店員さんに頼めば相談に乗ってもらえるのでいいと思います。店員さんの年齢層も幅広くフランクに話しかけてくれる若い爽やか系から年配の熟練系まで人材も豊富です。落ち着いた感じで居心地がよく、駐車場も入りやすくて良いです。
It was a good atmosphere. Of course, you won't be able to win the price or mail order or Akihabara, but you don't bother to go far away or ask the store clerk to ask for help without having to check it yourself. The staff is also abundant in the age range of young people, from young refreshing to senior skilled. It feels calm and comfortable, and parking is easy to enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 息子に高校入学祝いで買い与えたPCですがBIOSを無知なのにも関わらずいじったらしく買って3日目で起動不可に。
藁をも掴む思いでPCデポさんに救急搬送し緊急オペ開始。
「出来るだけのことをして手を尽くします！」と言われて待つこと30分。
CMOSクリアしてもらい無事起動確認。

I bought a PC for my son to celebrate his high school entrance, but he bought it as if he was messing around with the BIOS even though he was ignorant, and it became unbootable on the third day.
With the thought of grasping the straw, he was transported to PC Depot as an emergency and started an emergency operation.
30 minutes to wait after being told "I will do my best to do my best!"
I had the CMOS cleared and confirmed that it started up safely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PC診断・修理を利用
PC(Windows10)を起動させたら画面が真っ暗のままで、マウスカーソル（ポインタ）だけが動くという状態になり、とりあえず診断してもらったら、1、2分みて、システムが壊れていますと言われ、データーの取出し代、初期化代と数万円の見積。
初期化されるのも困るので、とりあえず家に持ち帰ってネットで調べたら「自動修復」画面の出し方を見つけ、そこからシステムの復元にたどり着き、自分で復旧出来ました。
知識が無いのかわかりませんが、その場で色々試してくれるわけでは無いようです。次、この店で修理をお願いする事は無いです。
