長年ここを利用していますが、特に悪い事は起きていません。洗車機や給油スタンドがごくごくたまーに壊れた事くらいです。
店員さんたちも話しやすく、フレンドリーです。
またにキズなのが、ガソリンの値段くらいですね(笑)
これは仕方ないです(´・ω・`)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24時間洗車機が使えるので良く使うのと、日中に手洗い洗車を良くお願いしてます。
基本的にみなさんテキパキとやってくれるし接客も非常に良いんですが…たま〜にホイールが汚いままだったりするのが^^;
年末にワンハンド板金とガラスコーティングがセットで安くなったので頼んでみましたが二度目はないですかね…お願いした傷が消えてない、パッと見で気づくくらいの別の傷がついて帰ってくる、ルーフや後ろバンパーとトランクの隙間など見えづらいところは適当作業、作業員の様子が駐車監視のドラレコに写ってましたが面倒くさそうに作業してる・グチが入ってて苦笑いｗｗ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼間に給油に伺うと無料で空気圧とエンジンルームの点検を給油中に行ってくれるので給油の際はほぼ毎回と言っていいほどお世話になってます。
車検や修理等も迅速で丁寧に対応してくださり、スタッフの方にも非常に気持ちのいい接客をしていただけるので、満足度はとても高いです。
今後も給油や修理などの有事の際にはお世話になろうと思います。

目の前の道路で車が動かなくなり、助けを求めたらすぐに車を押してスタンド内に入れてくださいました。
結局スタンドには置いてない部品の故障で、修理もお願いできなかったのですが、レッカーが来るまで、そのまま無償で車も置かせていただくなど、とても親切にしてくださいました。
あまり通らない場所ですが、これからこのあたりで給油する時は寄らせてもらおうと思います。

使えないという事で、急遽洗車を辞めることになった際に、 バックしようにも後方に車が並んでいる為、出れないという状況で、スタッフの方をお呼びしましたが、親切にご対応いただきました。
おかげさまで、スムーズに事が運び、とてもありがたかったです。
