電話したら、神奈川県で設定しているようで
今日は無理かなと思ったら
「お客様が初めてくる業者を遅い時間に家に入れるのに
抵抗がなければ、終わり次第伺えます。」
と言って下さり、営業時間終わってる時間なのに
快く訪問にて設定してくださいました。
電話の時から感じていましたが、
大きな見た目からは想像できないくらい
とてもやさしい話し方の方で
設定中もパソコンが遅くなる原因や
トラブルになりにくい運用方法などを
お話ししながら設定してくれました。
金額は安くはありませんが、設定しているのを見ていたら
とても私のような年寄りにはできないと感じました。
なにはともあれ
買ったその日に電話して
来てくれるとは思っていなかったので
頼んでよかったです。

ネットで見つけて電話してみたらすぐには繋がらなかったけど、折り返しのお電話をいただきました。
その後すぐに対応していただき、何時間も親身にお話を聞いていただき、解決していただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもはパソコンやiPadの個別指導で家庭教師してもらってます。時勢柄、携帯ショップに行くのが怖いのでスマホの機種変更の相談をしました。毎月8千円も払っていたので、auに電話していただき、機種変更と同時に料金コースも変更。毎月の料金は1,800円くらいになりました。auからスマホを宅配便で送っていただき高橋さんにまた来てもらい、ガラケーからiPhoneに切り換えもしてもらいました。電話帳もデータ移行してもらいスマホデビューしました。機種変更はショップに行かないとできないと思っていましたが、自宅ですべて出来るのに感動しました。割引期間が終わったら楽天モバイルに変更するのをお願いしようと思います。パソコン、iPhone、iPad全て設定してていただき大変助かりました。お人柄も安心です。
