電話で商品の確認をしてからいってても売り場がない。
店員の知識レベルが低い。
プロとは思えない。家電量販店の下の下のレベル。
全員アルバイトなのではないだろうか。
三階も閉まってるし潰れるのではないのではないだろうか。
購買意欲がここまで下がる店ははじめて。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3階のPCパーツコーナーがいつも閉鎖中。2階スタッフに用があることを伝えても、スタッフが空くまで待ってくれとの事。それならエレベーターを３階に行けるようにするな。価格もぼったくりだし、品ぞろえも悪い。

価格交渉お任せください見たいな感じを謳っているが、交渉条件を満たしていても即答で「対応できません」と言ってくる。原価等の都合もあるだろうが、目の前にあるライバル店の実売価格すらチェックしないで断言するのはどうなんですかね。
２０２１/１２追記
久しぶりに行ったが1階のフロア案内から3階が消されていた。２階に「３階の自作パーツ＆会員向けフロアに用があるなら声かけて」と張り紙が増えていた。価格も相変わらずだったので、ここはPCパーツ店よりも会員制PCサポート店へ移行したようだ。

Please leave it to me for price negotiations I am saying that I want to see it, but even if the negotiation conditions are met, I will immediately say "I can not respond". There may be some reasons such as cost price, but how about asserting without checking even the actual selling price of the rival store in front of you?
2021/12 postscript
I went there for the first time in a while, but the 3rd floor was erased from the floor guide on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, there was an increasing number of posters saying, "If you have a need for self-made parts on the 3rd floor and a floor for members, call out." The price was still the same, so it seems that this is a membership-based PC support store rather than a PC parts store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mineoの回線契約をお願いしましたが、担当の方が優秀で説明も契約の進め方もとてもスムーズでした。
店内にご自身のお名前の自己紹介ポップもあったので詳しい方だったのかもしれません。
予約も出来るし何かあればまたお願いしようと思いました。
I asked for a line contract for mineo, but the person in charge was excellent and the explanation and how to proceed with the contract were very smooth.
There was also a self-introduction pop of his own name in the store, so he may have been familiar with it.
I can make a reservation and I thought I would ask again if there was anything.

パーツ売場で、サロンというのが良く分からない。品揃えが良くて、詳しい店員さんがいれば、あと値段も安ければ、パーツ売場は、それで良いと思うんですが。住宅地にある店舗だと、秋葉原と比べて来店客数も少ないでしょうし、品揃えも同じように在庫持つ訳には行かないでしょうから、違う差別化が必要だということでしょうか？
自分的には、秋葉原に行く時間がないとき、今すぐ必要！というパーツがある時に、秋葉原よりちょっと高くても良いので自宅近くで買える店、みたいな感じで過去何度か利用しましたが、そんな数年に一度しか来ない客はターゲットになってないのは仕方ないですね。

Personally, when I don't have time to go to Akihabara, I need it now! I used it several times in the past like a store where you can buy it near your home because it can be a little higher than Akihabara, but the customers who come only once every few years are not targeted. It is inevitable.
