さ	さんちょ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新居の為に、見積もりに行こうとしたのですが、テレビ、エアコンコーナー全て高いし、やる気もない年配の方だけで知識もなけりゃ接客も出来ない。論外でした。こんな店で高い買い物をする方はいないと思います。都内の量販店で、ちゃんとした接客を受けて見積もりいただいので、そちらで購入します。あるだけ無駄な店舗だと思います。店舗としてある限り改善求めます。とても失礼な接客をされ大変不快でした。 I tried to get a quote for my new house, but the TV and air conditioner corners are all expensive, and only the unmotivated elderly people can't serve customers without knowledge. It was out of the question. I don't think anyone makes expensive purchases at such a store. At a mass retailer in Tokyo, you will receive a proper customer service and get a quote, so I will purchase it there. I think it's a wasteful store. We seek improvement as long as the store is available. It was very unpleasant to have a very rude customer service.

The floors are from the 1st floor to the 4th floor. 1F is alcohol, bicycle, service counter 2F is mobile phone, personal computer, audio 3rd floor is camera, TV, game 4th floor is home appliances, washing machines, refrigerators, games, lighting is. The sales of sake on the 1st floor are substantial. The space on each floor is fairly large, so you can see the products comfortably. The personal computer on the 2nd floor has its own peripherals.

I was trying to print some photos using their machines. One of the options to print photos from your phone is just to connect to their wifi. The connection was poor so I called a staff but he just shrugged his shoulders saying it can't be helped. I called another staff and luckily he was able to help me this time. There was another time when my friend and I were looking for computers and the staff kept telling us not to lean on the computers. He kept an eye on us the whole time we were browsing. I didn't recommend buying a computer from that store!

I went there to buy a camera but whenever I touched something, a staff member came rushing asking what I wanted. Didn't feel comfortable being watched and asked repeatedly what I wanted all the time. I ended up viewing and buying it from Amazon after all.
