定期的にお菓子教室を開かれている店主の焼き菓子、ケーキが購入できます。お店の前に黒板が出ているときが開店中の合図。その時々の「本日のお菓子」が紹介されています。階段を上がって2階がお店。どれもハズレなしなので、前を通るたびにチェックしています。

基本、木金土12時から(?)営業とのことで、昨日、近くに用事が有ったので、金曜日12時ちょい前から何度もお店が在ると記憶していた当たりを行き来して回ったけれども、結局看板が出されているのが見当たらず、八百屋のハギワラさんの通りの酒屋さんのところも何度も見たけど無くて、ただ体を冷やして帰って来ました。 インスタで「今日は営業してます」だと、ほんと開店時に営業してるのかがわからないし、なかなか行けないなぁ。電話での予約や問い合わせよりも店舗優先の様だし、ちょっと問い合わせもしにくくて。 美味しくて自分には合っていて好きだって思うようだったら、何度でも見に行くだろうけど、食べた事がまだ無くて、ご近所ではないので、なかなか食べてみたいなって時に行けない?。お店に行ってから、例えばイチゴロールケーキかプリンアラモードなら買ってみたいと思って、お店に上がって無かったら、引き返しにくいだろうなぁとか考えてしまう私には難しいのかなぁ。

フランスの製菓学校に留学経験があり、千疋屋に勤務されていた店主さんが、自宅で始めたお菓子屋さんです。お店の入り口は細い階段を登った 2Fになります。 週末はお菓子教室を開催しているので、営業は不定期ながら水、木、金くらいかな?とお話しされていました。 その場で作ってくれるメロンジュースはさすが元千疋屋、とても美味しかったです。また、マンゴープリンは本格的な味で、しばらくスーパーやコンビニの物しか食べてなかった私には衝撃の美味しさでした。 洋菓子難民になりがちな北区、これから頑張って欲しいと思います。 (追記)2018/11、定休日が月曜・火曜になったみたいです。土曜・日曜はお菓子教室との関係で空いていないこともあるようなので、確認後に行かれた方が良いかと。今回はモンブランとレアチーズケーキを購入しましたが、モンブランのベースはメレンゲを使っていて食感が楽しく、レアチーズはとても深みのある大人味でどちらも抜群に美味しいです!また、その後購入したプリンアラモードは懐かしい感じですが、フルーツにはちゃんとナパージュが塗られていて手抜きなしでこれも美味しかったです!

上品な甘さの洋菓子店。 焼き物、クリーム、フルーツ全てが高いレベルだと思う。 スポンジ生地は柔らかく口の中に溶けて余韻の旨味を残してサラッと消えていく。 唯一の欠点は中々買えない事。

ケーキを主体とする洋菓子はどれもおいしいです。旬のものを活かして、シンプルな甘さの追求ではなく、素材の酸味や苦味はそのまま生かしているようで、大人向けの印象を受けました。 週3日ほど開店、インスタもありますが開店情報はマメに更新されるものではなく、かつ日によっては数十分で売り切れという日もあるようなので、常連さんは心得ているようですが、訪問難易度はかなり高いです。さらにその時々の旬のもので製作されるようなので固定メニューがありません。「あれ食べたい」と思って目指すのではなく、その日のメニューを楽しむ心が必要です。良くも悪くもかなりオーナーさんの趣味の世界のお店なのだと思います。 入口は建物の北側の階段を上って2階です。開店時は1階にメニューが出ています。
