100g160円ほどの鳥煮込みだけを買いにわざわざカーシェアを手配し300g買いに行く。 ビニール袋を二枚重ねて入れてくれる昭和感。 ほんとーーーーーにうまい。飲める。 これと、酒はもちろん、ご飯に韓国のりを砕いてかけて煮込みをオン! 糖質ダイエットとかイミフ! 食べなきゃ人間失格。 焼き鳥、唐揚げ、なんでもいけますが、超個人的なお薦めは鳥煮込みで決定です。

以前は鶏肉も販売していましたが、現在は夕方に焼き鳥、惣菜類のみになった模様。ここの焼き鳥は昔から変わらぬ美味しさをキープしています、もうかれこれ40年以上も前からです。夕方には焼き鳥を買うために5、6人は常に並んでます。地鶏のねぎまはかなり美味しいです。

鶏煮が絶品! 鶏煮は鳥皮と砂肝とこんにゃくを醤油ベースで甘辛く煮込んだモツ煮的なもの。タレを含まず具だけで100g160円。ビニール袋に入れて計量後にたっぷり汁を入れてくれます。 いかにも昭和な店の雰囲気ですが、鶏煮もそれに勝るとも劣らぬ懐かしい味わい。下町らしくじっくりしっかり甘辛い汁は生姜を利かせて臭みもなく飲めそうなくらい(身体には悪そうだけど)。そこに、ぷりぷりとろっとした鳥皮は野趣のある風味、こりこりの砂肝が旨く、ぷるんぷるんのこんにゃくのほのかな苦味がまた芳し。なんとまあ口の中が楽しいこと! こんなお店が令和の今日も続いている事に感謝です。 昼頃だと鶏煮が出来ているかも知れませんが、焼き鳥は串に刺して仕込み中。午後3時頃からの販売です。

焼き鳥は、ブロイラーだが炭火焼きで臭みは全く無く美味しい。特に、レバー、鶏皮は絶品。砂肝は争奪戦なので、無いことがデフォルト。 鶏の煮込みは、普段だと鶏皮、砂肝、もつがふんだんであり、これまた美味しい。特に、煮込みの汁を多目に貰い、それで豆腐を入れて煮直し、ネギを散らすと、美味しくて堪らないリメイク逸品の出来上がり。 ただ、月始めの安売りで売ってる煮込みは、大根などでかさ増ししています。それはそれで美味しいけれどね。 惣菜も、茄子のはさみ揚げが特に美味しい。他に、唐揚げも、家で調理するスタミナ焼きもアリ。 平日に買うと、つくねをおまけしてくれることが多いが、繁忙の土曜は期待しないほうがいい。 ただ、唯一気になるのは、常連がいたら、そちらを優先しています。行列出来てようが。そこだけ目をつむり諦めれば、焼き鳥の美味しい店です。 ちなみに、北区の商品券は使えません。現金のみです。
