★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しっとりふわふわで美味しい。コロナが終息して普通に買えるようになったら、いろいろな種類を食べてみたい。カットが小さいかな。
追記:近隣のシフォンケーキ屋さんと食べ比べてみたところ、こちらの方がきめが細かく高密度でしっとり感も強く好みだった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シフォンケーキ大好き人間で数々食べ渡ってきたが…自分には他のシフォンケーキとの違いが全く分からなかった。多分、店に入ったときの店員の暗めな塩対応が頭から離れず、食べる時に影響してしまったのかもしれない。

不定休なので要注意！
そして売切れている事もあるので要注意！
しっとりもっちりとしているこちらのシフォンケーキ。甘さ控えめだし何個でも食べれます♪
長年頑張っていた池袋の同じシフォンケーキ専門店のラファミーユが閉店しちゃって、近隣ではこちらだけになりました(´⌒`｡)ｸﾞｽﾝ

お店の作りも小物もこだわりを感じる。清掃も行き届き、店内の待ち時間さえ心地よい。急がず流されず、丁寧に自分の仕事をする姿勢が素晴らしい。

大人気なので、行くといつも並んでいます。不定期営業で、オープンが15時から売り切れまでです。

予約は、ラインかメールでできるそうですが当日の予約はできないので、必ずゲットしたい方は事前予約必須です。
Twitterを見ている限りいつもオープンから早い時で2時間くらいで売り切れツイートがあります。
雨の日は残ってることが多いかな？という印象ですが、まちまちのようです。
私はいつも衝動的に食べたくなるため、オープン時間より少し前に到着できるように行ってますが、すでに行列の時が多々あります。
以前、何かのお礼にこのお店のシフォンケーキを友人に送ったら、友人の子供が気に入って沢山食べたらしく、その年のクリスマスケーキはこのお店のものを予約したと言っていました。
シフォンケーキの他に、クッキーなどもあって、私はそちらもき気に入って一緒に購入しています。
が、毎日あるとは限らないのであったらラッキー！という感じです。
ひとつひとつ丁寧な個包装とかわいいひつじのマークシールもお気に入りです。

味は甘さかなり控えめで、少し塩味がしますかね。生地の決めは細やかです。あとは好みかと。個人的にはもう少し甘くてもいいかなぁ、と思いました。
