トイレと広め？のパーキングと電話ボックスのみ。
ジュースの自販機さえ有りません。
トンネル側から来ると出て「すぐ」左手前に曲がるので注意。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奥多摩周遊道路からの休憩スポットだが何もない。ダムまで少し歩いて展望台から全景を見てもいいかも。ダム入口のトイレは綺麗です。バイク駐車場あり。
It's a resting spot from the Okutama Shuyu Road, but there is nothing. You may walk a little to the dam and see the whole view from the observatory. The toilet at the entrance of the dam is clean. There is a motorcycle parking lot.

Used for climbing Gozenyama. I arrived at 6:30 am on Saturday, so I had plenty of time. It's nice to have a roof!

オートバイで奥多摩に行った時、最初に休んだ場所。
停めているバイクは結構いたが、きちんとバイク用と定められた場所ではない。
同じ敷地内には小河内ダムの資料館的施設である「奥多摩 水と緑のふれあい館」があり、奥多摩の歴史やダムのあれこれを展示しているのだそう。残念ながら行ったときには臨時休館中だった。
道路を挟んだ向こう側には小河内ダムの遊歩道があり、ダムを見渡せる。
少ないながらも休憩スペースがあり、そこで寛いでいる家族連れもいた。
ただ、それ以外は逆に何もない場所。ただのんびりとそこにいることを感じ、そよ風や日差しを浴びながら奥多摩湖の湖水が空気に溶け込んでいるのを感じて時間が過ぎていくのを楽しむ以外は何もすることはない。
たまにはそういう時間の過ごし方もいい。

On the same site, there is the Okutama Water and Green Fureaikan, which is a museum facility of the Ogouchi Dam, and it seems that the history of Okutama and various aspects of the dam are exhibited. Unfortunately, it was temporarily closed when I went there.
There is a promenade of Okochi Dam on the other side of the road, overlooking the dam.
There was a small break space, and some families were relaxing there.
However, other than that, there is nothing on the contrary. There is nothing to do except to feel that you are there leisurely, to feel the water of Lake Okutama melting into the air while bathing in the breeze and sunlight, and to enjoy the passage of time.
Sometimes it's good to spend that kind of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紅葉を見に行って来ました。もっと山深い中を想像してましたが、言っても流石都内。食事するところや駐車場等の設備が程よくあり、人もそこそこいました。
外周を一周することはできませんでしたが、風光明媚な気持ちの良いところでしたよ。小河内ダムという名前は知ってましたが、思ったより小ぢんまりした印象でした。
星は4つです。紅葉が満開とまでは言えなかったからです。
全体的には高評価です。
I went to see the autumn leaves. I imagined it deeper in the mountains, but it's still in Tokyo. There were good facilities such as a place to eat and a parking lot, and there were so many people.
I couldn't go around the perimeter, but it was a scenic and pleasant place. I knew the name Ogawachi Dam, but it was a smaller impression than I expected.
There are four stars. It couldn't be said that the autumn leaves were in full bloom.
Overall it is highly rated.
