松	松一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真上を「羽田新ルート」の飛行機が飛ぶ。渋谷の街がすぐそこと言う立地は良い。また眺望も素晴らしいと言う。しかし、地上からでも聞こえる低く唸る騒音や、最近の航空機部品の落下事件を知ると、ここから直ぐに離れたい気持ちになる。 An airplane of "Haneda New Route" flies directly above. The location where the city of Shibuya is right there is good. The view is also wonderful. However, the low roaring noise that can be heard even from the ground and the recent fall of aircraft parts make me want to leave here immediately.

v	vxoNiLus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内覧含めてだけど、動画で半地下のエントランス見てかなりスペースも大きく取っていて役所と繋がってるから、狭い感じが無いしペットも沢山飼ってる。前が代々木公園だし良い立地だけど、2021年から飛行機のルートが斜め上で相当響来ました。土日は特にと思っていたけど、調べていると飛行ルートがトライアルであると言う事がわかった。と言う事はこれから数多く飛ぶ事になるのかな？タワマン自体は物凄い良いのにコロナ後辺りになってからじゃないと騒音は覚悟しないといけないけど区議会で全会派一致で運用停止の可能性もあるが、今の所かなり低空飛行なので覚悟しないといけない追記令和3年10月 Although it includes a preview, watching the video at the semi-underground entrance takes up a lot of space and is connected to the government office, so it doesn't feel narrow and I have a lot of pets. The front is Yoyogi Park, which is a good location, but since 2021, the route of the plane has echoed diagonally upward. I thought it was especially on Saturdays and Sundays, but when I was investigating, I found that the flight route was a trial. I wonder if that will fly a lot from now on? Tawaman itself is terrific, but I have to be prepared for noise until after Corona. T	Tatsuro Ogata (llcheesell) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the rebuilding of the ward office, Shibuya Ward sold half of the land with a 70-year term and this gorgeous tower apartments were built on it. Prices are varied from ¥90M(1LDK)〜150M(2LDK) between 3F-19F and over ¥200M for above 20F. Shared facilities like lounge are great as expected for its price. The location is awesome but the view from the apartment is limited under 19F because of Shibuya Ward office and NHK rebuilding project (will be finished until 2030). Cons: The décor and amenities of the living spaces are provided with the bare minimum. Below expectations. Instead, the common spaces are very beautifully finished. Interiors Parking garage is limited, chargers for electric vehicles are available, but it seems very limited and at this time I’m not sure how practical they are. Gym is incredibly small, almost personal space. But the view is wonderful.
