丁重に伺っても、その日は満車ですね。のひと言で、電話切られました。
その昔は予約した車が手違いで取れてなかったり、連絡してたのに少しでも遅れたらキャンセルされてたり、電話で指摘したらふて腐れて切られたあげく、居留守使われたこともあります。
しっかりやってる方もいますが、本当に質の低い従業員が多く、教育できてないというか責任者のマネジメントが末端のバイトまで行き届いてない感じです。
ただ他と比べて安いので、そこだけが取り柄です。
 Phone support is insanely bad.

In the old days, the car I booked was not picked up by mistake, or it was canceled if I was in contact but it was a little late.
Some people do it well, but there are so many low-quality employees that they have not been able to educate, or the management of the responsible person has not been able to reach the last byte.
Just because it is cheaper than others, that is the only point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅からもうちょっと近かったらなー。坂を延々と登らないと着かないので実際の距離より距離を感じる。そして登りきったら、地下に降りていくことになる。。。意外と着くまでに時間がかかるので、その点は要注意。

店員さんの対応も丁寧で申し分ないです。

ネットでの予約がしずらく結局電話予約になる所を改善して欲しいですが……
車内も綺麗でとても使いやすいです。

私は車椅子利用なので、幅の広い駐車場じゃないと停められません。
地下一階の車椅子駐車場が満車だったのですが、自転車に乗ってきて誘導して走って案内して地下ニ階の空いている駐車場にゆったりと停めさせていただけました。
理解のない駐車場やスタッフも世の中多いのですが、こちらには毎回ストレスなく停めさせていただけます。
