伏	伏見行介 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1964年・東京オリンピックの翌年にオープンしたので「コープオリンピア」築50年近くですが、まだまだ現役です。ここに、事務所をオープンして8年と少し。管理体制は抜群です。でも、ルールを守れない人には、住みずらいかも・・・建て替えプランもあるようです。東京オリンピック2020まで残っているでしょうか？毎日を大切に「コープオリンピア」ライフを楽しんでいます。追伸：建替え計画があり、99％建替えと言われていましたが、昨年2019年には、事実上建替え計画は無理になったようです。建物のビンテージ化とともに、集中冷暖房のメインテナンス、配管のメインテナンス、耐震基準等の問題が出てきているのも事実。エレベーターは3機中2機は改修工事が終了しました。これから先も心配の種はつきません。頑張れ！　コープオリンピア！ Opened the year after the Tokyo Olympics in 1964, `` COOP OLYMPIA '' It is almost 50 years old, but still active.
