★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新築を考えて、お願いしましたが、見積もりが不明瞭で何度となく問い合わせても対応いただけず、結果的に仮契約の解約という状況にいます。
今更ながら、仮契約は施主がいつでも解約でき実費についてのみ支払うということが民法上定められており実務でもこれに沿った形で運用されているようです。しかしながら、この会社では８万円の調査を実施したという状況で、仮契約金数百万円を一切返金しないということで、弁護士、消費者センター、都のあっせんに持ち込むという状況に陥りました。
工務店のいいなりでも良いという方には問題ありませんが、明瞭会計で誠実に仕事をする会社をお探しの方にはおすすめしません。ちなみに、解約通知を申し入れ後は、連絡しても誠実には一切対応していただけず、とても困っています。

There is no problem for those who are good at the construction company, but it is not recommended for those who are looking for a company that works honestly with clear accounting. By the way, after requesting a cancellation notice, it is very troublesome to contact you in good faith.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社長はもちろん、設計士さん、現場担当者さん、事務系の方達、皆様が真剣に親身になって、家づくりを提案してくれます。打ち合わせをすればするほど信頼感が増し、安心してお任せすることが出来ました。単に小綺麗な家を建てることよりも、本当に親身になってくれる人達と一緒に理想の家を建てること、建てた後も気軽に相談が出来て、不具合があってもすぐに気持ち良く親身に対応してもらえる安心感があることの方が、ずっと価値があると気付きました。決して安くはありませんが、それ以上の価値を提供してくれる会社です。

Not only the president, but also the architects, site staff, and office workers, all of us are serious and willing to propose a home-building. The more meetings I had, the more trust I had, and I was able to leave it with confidence. Rather than just building a beautiful house, build an ideal house with people who will be really close I realized that having a sense of security was much more valuable. It's not cheap, but it offers more value.
I would recommend it! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狭小住宅を購入予定で、いくつか会社の候補を決めていてその中にホープスがありました。
いくつかの会社に住宅相談へ伺って最後にホープスへ相談へ伺った次第です。
どこの会社も私たちの希望や意見を真剣に聞いてくださり、スタッフさんもどこも印象はよかったです。
しかしホープスさんだけ違うところがありました。他社と同じく私たちの希望をよく聞いてくださったのですがさらに私たちのライフスタイルや趣味や好きなことに合わせて
住宅がより私たち好みになる提案を次々としてくださいました。これには私や家内もびっくりして新鮮で話を聞いているだけでもっと住宅への希望が広がったと感じました。
スタッフの皆様の住宅や顧客への愛や情熱を感じずにはいられませんでした。

Every company listened to our wishes and opinions seriously, and the staff members were impressed.
However, there was a difference only in Mr. Hopes. I listened to our wishes as well as other companies, but according to our lifestyle, hobbies and favorite things
One after another the proposals that make the house more our favorite. I was surprised at myself and my wife and I was surprised to hear the story, and I felt that my hope for the house had expanded.
I couldn't help feeling the love and passion of the staff for their homes and customers.
