★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一度話を聞きに行ったが、いきなり金の話をする失礼な設計士？だった。
事務所内のドアの建付けも悪く、安心・信頼してお願い出来雰囲気ではないので短時間で退席した。
センスは独特なものがある（洋風の雰囲気のトイレに和風の鯉の絵を飾ったりとか…）ので、好みに合う人なら良いのかもしれない

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今正に、アップルヤードデザインで家を建てているものです。約7〜8割出来て、よく現場に脚を運んでますが、職人さんが非常に丁寧に作業して下さってます。まさに手作りの家という感じで、職人さんのレベルが高いです。社長の高田さんは、土地探しの時から、相談すると何度も現地を足を運んで下さり、アドバイスして下さいました。とても親切です。
ハウスメーカーも数社周って検討しましたが、アップルヤードは圧倒的に使っている素材や工法が良く、2×6で地震に強い家が建てられるし、実際基礎工事の際に張られる針金量は通常の倍以上でした。ビルを建てるくらいの基礎を作って下さいます。デザイン性も他とは非にならない位、輸入っぽいだけじゃない、本物にデザイン力のある良い家だと思います。内装についても、インテリアコーディネーターの方とずっとミーティングして来ましたが、予算の限られた私達にも、その範囲で出来る色んな提案をして頂きましたし、私達がしたかったキッチンや大きなカウンターを理想的に提案して頂きました。
一人一人が、みんな凄いって言うハウスメーカーです。特に、社長の高田さんには、土地探しからお世話になり責任感のかなり強い方ですので、こう言った職人技の光ったオンリーワンな家が作れるんだと思います。私達的には、高田さんに出会って無かったらおそらく家を建てる事を断念していたかも知れません。
そのくらい頼りになるハウスメーカーです。

Right now, I'm building a house with Apple Yard design. About 70 to 80% of the work is done, and I often go to the site, but the craftsmen work very carefully. It feels like a handmade house, and the level of craftsmen is high. Mr. Takada, the president, visited the site many times and gave me advice when I consulted with him from the time of land search. Very kind.
I went around several house makers and examined it, but Apple Yard has overwhelmingly good materials and construction methods, it is possible to build a 2x6 earthquake-resistant house, and the wire that is actually stretched during foundation work. The amount was more than double the normal amount. Please make the foundation to build a building. I think that it is a good house with genuine design power, not only imported, as well as design. Regarding the interior, I have been meeting with the interior coordinator for a long time, but we also had a limited budget and made various suggestions that we could do within that range, such as the kitchen we wanted to do. I had you propose a big counter ideally.
Each and every one of us is a house maker who says it's amazing. In particular, Mr. Takada, the president, is a person who has taken care of me from the search for land and has a strong sense of responsibility, so I think that I can make a one-of-a-kind house with such craftsmanship. We may have given up building a house if we hadn't met Mr. Takada.
It's such a reliable house maker.
