尾	尾形政行 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近、昔ながらの感じのラーメンが食べたくなり、そんな雰囲気のラーメンを出しているこちら【中華そばほん田】さんへ伺いました。ご夫婦で営んでいて温かみ感じるお店の雰囲気がいいですね。メニューは醤油、塩、味噌、つけ麺など一通りあるようです。今回は、チャーシュー麺大盛を頂きました。※大盛無料スッキリしたあっさりスープ美味しいですね。出汁もしっかり感じられ物足りなさは感じません。中細ストレート麺は自家製でしっかり茹で上げられてます。喉ごし良くしっとりした食感がスープに合っていて美味しいです。麺のレベル結構高いです❗ チャーシューは低温調理の物と煮豚の二種類。あっさりな味付けが美味しいです。自分が求めていたラーメンだったので大変満足しました? その後、鴨だしの中華そば、トマトベースのつけ麺など頂きましたが、あらためて「ほん田」さんのラーメンの美味しさが再確認出来これからも伺いたいと思います❗ 朝ラーもやっているようでAM９時～営業してます。お店の前に車２台分の駐車場有ります。コロナ禍で大変だと思いますが頑張って欲しいです。再訪です❗ 「カモつけ麺大盛カモ増し」を頂きました。酢の効いた淡麗系つけ汁、喉越しいい中細ストレート麺、そしてインパクトある柔らか鴨チャーシューと美味しかったねぇ? 最後は無料のネギを入れスープ割りで満足MAX‼️ ご馳走様でした。? Y	Yoshi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていたが、なかなか来店きかいがなかった。今回平日のピーク前に来店。店内はカウンターとテーブル席、店内は可もなく不可もなく昔ながらのラーメン店の雰囲気。駐車場は店前に2台ほど。肉中華そば￥900(大盛無料)を注文。小皿のお新香がサービス、ネギはカウンターに自由にトッピングできる状態。肝心のラーメンは中太ちぢれ麺で、あっさり系のスープとマッチしている。チャーシューはあえて薄切り大判な感じで食べやすく味も良い。先客が注文していたチャーハンも美味しそうだった。 I've been worried about it for a long time, but I didn't have a chance to come to the store.
