お	おぢぢっち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で近くに居たので　行ってみました。男は、黙って中華そば?を注文する郡山ブラックの代表格の様です。麺は　細麺かぁ〜　が　待てよ、スープを味わい、麺を啜る?　ふむふむ。このスープには　太麺は合わないね、私の好みでは無い細麺ですが、郡山ブラックとの相性は、細麺だよ！と　納得する味でした。薄くスライスしてあるチャーシューも、なるほど！ベストマッチなんだね。店主の仕事ぶりに、納得の一杯でした。 I was nearby for work, so I went there. T	Tsuneo .M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 郡山ブラックと言われる黒醤油ラーメンです。ラーメンと言うよりも細麺ストレートの支那そばに近いです。この麺が黒醤油に合って、とても美味しいです。スープが絶品でしっかりした醤油スープと細麺ストレートがとても合います。チャーシューはスライスされた、やや焦がしチャーシューに思えますが、この風味がとても良くしつこく無く、とても美味しいです。厚切りじゃ無いのが調度いいです。スープが濃くなくとても美味しいので最後までスープを飲みたくなるので全て飲み干してしまいます。メニューは醤油ラーメンのみで黒醤油に特化しているのが良いです。ランチのみの営業ですが、来店した時が14時すぎで私の後のお客さんは材料品切になり、お断りされていたので驚きました。シナチクやほうれん草、白髪ネギなどをトッピング出来ればいいなと思います。 It is a black soy sauce ramen called Koriyama Black. 尾	尾形政行 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初訪問の此方【中華そばあかりや】さんへ。落ち着いた店内はいい雰囲気です。メニューは中華そば類、つけ麺とシンプルなメニュー構成。「チャーシューワンタン麺大盛」を頂きました。黒いスープはまさに「郡山ブラック」、見た目がしょっぱそうですが塩分は程よく動物系の出汁が効いた美味しい円やかスープです。中細麺もスープとのバランスがいい感じで喉ごしgoodです。そしてトッピングのワンタンが印象的でしたね。皮の厚み、柔らかさ、味わいと自分の中では上位に入るワンタンでした。薄切りチャーシューも美味しかったです。このラーメン好きですね❗ 全体的にバランスのいい美味しい中華そばだと思います。また伺いたいですね。久しぶりに【あかりや】さんへ❗ 「チャーシューワンタン麺煮たまごトッピング」を頂きました。円やか醤油スープ、麺、チャーシュー、そして以前より餡が多くなったワンタンとやはり美味しいねぇ? ご馳走様でした。 This is my first visit To [Chinese soba Akariya].
