★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奥さんが親知らずを抜いたのですが、痛みが引かず再受診しました。その時の先生の態度といったら労いの言葉もなく、仕方ないですねくらいの態度だったそうです。話を聞く限り良い歯医者ではないのは分かりました。残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なぜ良い口コミがあるのか不思議。
まず受付のスタッフの態度が最悪。
患者をバカにしたロボットのような機械的で気持ち悪い応対。
なぜか混んでいて次回予約がなかなか取れない。かなり先の次回予約までの間に治療中の歯が痛み出して困り相談したところ、予約がいっぱいだから次回まで診れないと言われた。土曜日だったため「このまま痛かったら市の休日夜間診療や他院に行くしかないということですか？」と聞いたら「そうですね」と言われて呆れた。治療中の患者に対する責任や誠意のかけらもない。
また、全体のレントゲンや口腔内のチェックを経て、無愛想な院長は虫歯はありませんと言うものの、直す必要はないかもしれないがやり直したほうがいいと思う歯があるからと治療を勧めてきた。その直後には、またまた機械的な衛生士が虫歯を2本見つけたこともあった。
不快なだけでなく全てにおいて信用できないと思い、診察券を破り捨てた。
星一つもつけたくない。

Before the next appointment, I had a pain in my tooth during treatment, and when I consulted with him, I was told that I couldn't see him until the next appointment because I had a lot of appointments. Since it was Saturday, when I asked, "If it hurts like this, do you have to go to the city's holiday night clinic or another hospital?" There is no responsibility or piece of sincerity for the patient being treated.
In addition, after checking the entire X-ray and oral cavity, the unfriendly director said that there were no cavities, but he recommended treatment because there are teeth that may not need to be repaired but should be redone. Shortly thereafter, another mechanical hygienist found two cavities.
Not only was it unpleasant, but I thought I couldn't trust everything, so I threw away my examination ticket.
I don't want to add a single star.
