餃子を売りにしているようですが、餃子の味はイマイチでした。
馬刺の盛り合わせに、タテガミが入っていたのは嬉しかったです。

店の予約の不手際で、直前になって入れませんでした。
会社の飲み会ということもあり、私の責任となりました。
謝罪のメールや電話もなく、こちらから問い合わせても代替案の一つも出しません。
非常に気分が悪くなったので、熱々屋には二度と行きません。
I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当方7名で予約。幹事一名分無料、goto eatにて1人当たり2500円。三時間飲み放題コース。最強でした。もつ鍋あり、馬刺ありで大満足のコースでした。
Book with 7 of us. Free for one secretary, 2500 yen per person at goto eat. All-you-can-drink course for 3 hours. It was the strongest. It was a very satisfying course with motsunabe and horse sashimi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 九州ときけば、鶏皮、もつ鍋、水炊きにさつま揚げなど美味しいもののオンパレード。その全てはないものの、家族連れでも美味しくいただける煮込みの餃子にもつ鍋は寒い時期に最高です。
ドリンク提供が遅く各テーブルから苦情出てましたが、スタッフも少なめなのでこんなもんでしょう。goto使えるので予約してからがおすすめ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生ビールやハイボールが激安、料理もそこそこ美味しくてお手頃なお値段！コスパの良いお店だなぁと思ってたところで、ちょっとしたトラブルがありました。でもそのトラブルへの対応が素晴らしい‼️すぐさまマージャーさんが謝罪と対処、トラブルとなった飲み物の交換をしてくださった上、お口直しにデザートいかがですか（もちろんサービスという意味で）と声をかけてくださいました。マネージャーさんの神対応で、120%気持ちよく帰宅することができました。
味や価格はもちろんですが、何より接客が一番大事だなと感じました。そういった意味では、このお店は素晴らしいと思います。

Draft beer and highball are very cheap, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced! I thought it was a good cospa shop, but I had a little trouble. But the response to that trouble is wonderful! ️ Immediately, Mr. Marger apologized and dealt with it, exchanged the drink that caused the trouble, and asked me how about dessert (in the sense of service, of course). Thanks to the manager's response to God, I was able to return home 120% comfortably.
Not to mention the taste and price, I felt that customer service was the most important thing. In that sense, I think this shop is wonderful.

The dumplings are delicious. Beer is super cheap, and the best sour of lemon sour is cheap and the best. It ’s a great setting for drinkers.
