焼きそばに、ラー油をたっぷりかけて汗かきなが食べれのが最高です。
焼きそばは、土日祝 普通盛りのみで大盛りはありません。

塩焼きそばがおいしいお店
シンプルな味で、とてもおいしい焼きそばです。
昨年、2005年以来、久々に行ったのですが、なんか味が落ちている気がしました。
でも、一緒に行った妹は、初めて食べたので、「なにこれ！とってもおいしい♪また来たい」と言っていました。
自分の記憶違いかもしれませんが、
1984年頃、初めて行った時は木造で、お客さんは半分外(？)で食べる屋台っぽいスタイルのお店だったと思います。

ソウルフードということで、郷に従ってみました。
正直に言って美味しいかと言われたら、首を縦には振りません。
安いですが、コスパは良いとは思いません。
焼きそばはうま味調味料の味が色濃く出ており、焼き加減にバラツキがあります。
焼きめしも炒めムラがあり、ご飯が若干焼きめしにするにはやわらかい。
だがそれが良さと言われたら、これ以上申し上げることもないですけどね。
人気店、有名店でたまにある残念な接客の最たる例。お客は黙っていても湧いてくるんだから、適当にあしらってる感満載。

レトロな純喫茶店みたい？な雰囲気の外観。焼きそばって聞いたら、なんとなく屋台風を想像していたのでびっくりした。
焼きそば出てくるの超早い。スピーディー。塩が効いていて、麺は固めだけどもっちり。一本一本が短くて、ぱっとみて焼きそばってわからないくらいじゃないですか！？
テーブルにある、お酢や醤油、ソースなどで味変可能です。私はそのままの塩味が気に入ったよ。
焼きめしは炒飯？かな。こちらは、ちょっと薄味だったかも。
地元の定食屋さんみたい。テイクアウトする人も多かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中津川のソウルフード『塩焼きそば』目当てに行きました。駅近で駐車場はありません。常連さんは、横付けしてテイクアウトする方が多いと感じました。
私は、中津川駅の市営駐車場（30分まで無料）を利用して徒歩で向かいました。
麺は短く、もちもち。ちゃんぽん麺に似てるかなぁ。
味付けは濃いめ。相席で一緒になった方は、ラー油→酢→ソースをかけて味変を楽しんでおりました。
そのままでも充分ですが、ぜひ次回試してみたいです。
焼き飯は、ごくごく普通です。豚汁は具沢山で、マグロ入りで美味しかったです。
I went to Nakatsugawa's soul food "Shioyakisoba". There is no parking lot near the station. The regulars felt that there were many people who took out side by side.
I used the municipal parking lot at Nakatsugawa Station (free for up to 30 minutes) and headed on foot.
The noodles are short and chewy. I wonder if it looks like champon noodles.
The seasoning is strong. Those who were together at the shared table enjoyed the taste change by sprinkling chili oil → vinegar → sauce.
It's enough as it is, but I definitely want to try it next time.
Grilled rice is very common. The pork soup was full of ingredients and was delicious with tuna.
