★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "ざるそば''、とても美味しかったです。"馬刺し"も中津川で食べられるとは思ってなく感激しました。やはり馬刺しは信州のが一番です。久しぶりに“蕎麦らしいお蕎麦”が食べられました。お店の方も優しくて、ゆっくり出来ました。また行きます。
 "Zarusoba" was very delicious. I was impressed that "Basashi" could be eaten in Nakatsugawa. After all, Shinshu is the best. I ate "Soba-like soba" for the first time in a long time. The shop was kind and I was able to relax. I will go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中津川駅前の商店街で 美味しいお蕎麦屋さんを聞いたら 間髪入れず この更科さんを紹介され 早速伺いました。丁度 お昼どきでしたので 数組待ってみえましたがほどなく入店。古くからやってらっしゃるお蕎麦屋さんって感じで 何となく 美味しそうな そんな店内です。私はザルの大盛り 連れは卵とじと季節物 栗おこわを注文。ザルの大盛りとは ザル二枚で 先ずは一枚を出していただいて 頃合いをみて二枚目が出て来ます。ワサビとおネギも二つ出て来ます。旨いです。しっかり旨いです。お蕎麦の香りと ほどよい弾力 それを邪魔しないつけ汁。レベルの高さを感じました。一枚の量は そこそこあり それを二枚分でしたが 美味さが勝り アッサリと食べてしまいました。卵とじも少し分けてもらいましたが 同様の美味さでした。次も必ず伺おうと思います。

I ordered a large colander with eggs and seasonal chestnuts. The first of the colanders is two colanders. The first one comes out and the second one comes out. Two wasabi and onions will come out. It is delicious. It is delicious. Soba noodle soup and moderate elasticity. I felt the height of the level. 鴨は分厚くて柔らかい！お出汁もとってもおいしいです！
ランチタイムはとってもお得で飛騨牛やうなぎを使ったメニューもあります。
早い時間に行かないと蕎麦が売り切れてしまいます。
高すぎず、安すぎずゆっくりおそばランチができますよ。
I love duck steamers. I use it once in a while.
The duck is thick and soft! The soup stock is also delicious!
Lunch time is very good and there is also a menu using Hida beef and eel.
If you don't go early, the soba will be sold out.
You can have a soba lunch slowly, not too expensive and not too cheap.

お出汁と、鴨肉とネギのバランス最高です。
山椒での味変も良かったです。
完食後の蕎麦湯割りで完飲致しました。
蔓延防止期間だったのでアテとお酒が出来なかったのが悔やまれる訪店でした。
機会があればまた訪問したいな〜

名物のカツ重とざるそばセットをいただきました。カツ重のソースは３日かけて仕込んでいるそうです。そばは全粒粉の十割蕎麦と書いてありますがボソボソしておらず、滑らかで食べやすかったです。

Strange they seemed happy to seat me before that, so it doesn't seem the people in there of various ages and clearly different groups were for a private event! I am okay if they do not have an English menu, so why usher me out immediately? Why does the website say they welcome tourists?
