You can choose between 3 different sauces and it comes accompanied with vegetables, and if you want, you can add some toppings. The one I ordered was the double with Japanese style tomato sauce and the toppings: melt Camembert cheese and a slice of tomato. A place I will look forward to come every trip I make to Nagoya, Japan.
