お腹も落ち着いたので食べログ検索で見つけた
イタリアバルに予約して行ってきました。
店内はアンティーク調の落ち着いた雰囲気。
日曜日でもほぼ満席状態で賑わってました。
早速、トリビーで乾杯から注文です。

天使のふわとろ生ハムは透き通るほどの薄さで
スライスしたふわふわの食感と熟成した旨味が
口の中でとろけるような美味しさです！！！
スッキリ辛口のシャルドネも相性良いですね。
ピザのディアボラはイタリア製の石窯で高温で
焼き上げて外はパリっと中はモチモチ仕上げ。
モッツァレラチーズを増量して味わいも濃厚で
ナポリ風クオリティがとても美味しいです！！
パスタは雲丹とトビ子のクリーム。
濃厚な雲丹ソースとトビ子のプチプチな食感が
生パスタとバッチリ絡んで一体感が抜群でした。
料理はハズレもなく、居心地いい空間で飲めて
友達と心から楽しい時間が過ごせました。
スタッフの接客も丁寧ですごく良かったです。

I made a reservation in Italy Bar.
The interior has an antique-style calm atmosphere.
It was almost full even on Sundays.
Immediately, I ordered from a toast with Tribby.

The angel's fluffy prosciutto is thin enough to be transparent
Sliced fluffy texture and aged taste
It's so delicious that it melts in your mouth! !! !!
The refreshing and dry Chardonnay is also a good match.
Pizza diabora is a stone oven made in Italy at high temperature
After baking, the outside is crispy and the inside is chewy.
Increase the amount of mozzarella cheese and the taste is rich
The Neapolitan quality is very delicious! !!
Pasta is sea urchin and tobiko cream.
Rich sea urchin sauce and Tobiko's bubble wrap texture
The sense of unity was outstanding with the fresh pasta.
You can drink in a cozy space without losing food.
I had a really good time with my friends.
The customer service of the staff was also polite and very good.

いくらも豪華にのっていました。
シカゴピザは、中はグラタンになっていて
濃厚で美味しかったです♡
カクテルはもちろん、ノンアルコールカクテルも充実してました。
伏見駅からも徒歩すぐなので、気軽に立ち寄れていいなと思いました。

It was a reaaally satisfying experience? the bar is having a salmon fair now, so we tried the appetizer and my favorite part was the fried salmon roll with mozzarella cheese and perilla leaves? their いくら and バジル combination was soo unique and fresh?
it was my first time tryinf chicago deep dish pizza?. its good on its own, but if you want something sweet, they also give u some honey?
for the Arrabbiata pasta, you can choose the hotness level from 1-5. we chose level 5 and it was tooo hot for us?
Genova pizza was also delish! they put seasonal veggies, so we got to try eating pizza with pumpkin! i liiike it!
the gelato was a nice cherry on top! i'd recommend getting pistacchio?
ALSOO the service was really nice! kudos to the workers?♀️ 10/10 would definitely comeback?
