h	haruco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から行ってみたかったカヌレのお店へ。カヌレは大好きなお菓子ですが、お店によりかなり仕上がりが違うので、名古屋ではなかなか好みのカヌレに出会えず、ずっとお取り寄せしていました。こちらのお店の詳細をHPで見ると、グラシエイクスのオーナー松島義典氏の名前があり、驚きと共に、これはかなり期待が出来るとワクワクしながら来店しました。こじんまりしたお店ですが、オシャレで清潔感があります。フレーバーは数種類ありましたが、1番オーソドックスなプレーンを買い求めました。帰宅し頂いてみると、表面はカリカリのカラメル、中身はしっとりでラム酒の風味がふんわりと漂い、甘さも程よく感動的な味わいが口の中に広がります。こちらのカヌレは間違いなく名古屋で1番です。大きめのカヌレなので、１個でも食べ応えあり、満足感があります。いつもカヌレが食べたくなった時は大阪のダニエルというお店のものを取り寄せしていましたが、もうその必要はなくなりました。今日はお持ち帰りでしたが、次回はカヌレとアイスのマリアージュを試してみたいと思います。スタッフの方の接客も申し分なかったです。カヌレ好きの方も、そうでない方も是非一度ご賞味下さい‼︎ To the Canelé shop I've always wanted to visit.
