アルバイトスタッフなのかわかりませんが、覇気も笑顔もなく、声が小さくて何言ってるか聞こえない。
まずは元気よく！っていうところから始めてはいかかでしょうか。
気分が悪くなったのでオッシュマンズで買うのをやめて別のお店で買いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前になりますが、こちらで商品を購入した際、スタッフの方の手違いで、私が希望した商品ではない商品を梱包された経験があります(店頭の見本商品を確認した後に在庫を取りに行かれた際、間違われたのだと思います)。家で現物を確認し、すぐ電話したのですが、その時の対応が素晴らしいものでした。本来、こういったケースではお店側の対応によっては更に不快感を覚えかねませんが、こちらのお店では、わざわざ自宅付近まで来て頂いて現物の交換をしていただいたり(営業時間中であったにも関わらず)、お詫びの印として謝礼品(確かハンドタオルだったような)もご用意いただきました。私としては、お店側の不手際で迷惑を被ったどころか、とても感動しました。スタッフの方からの謝罪の言葉も、ここまで誠心誠意の行動が伴っていればすごく響きます。聞けば、お店全体として不手際があった際はこのように対処しているとのことで、素晴らしいお店だと思いました。簡単に思えますが、こういった対応ができるお店は非常に少ないため、今更ながらレビューさせていただきました。あの時、現物を間違えつつも、真摯に対応下さったスタッフさんが現在いらっしゃるかは分かりませんが、またぜひ一度来店したいですね!

OSHMAN’Sさんはスタッフさんの接客が素晴らしいので行くのが楽しみだし、安心して買い物ができます。
ところが…。今回とてもショックなことがありました。
優しそうなちょっと小柄なお兄さんに試着室に案内してもらい試着していたところ、すぐ横の小さいカウンター？テーブル？のところに居られた、大柄なスタッフさんとの会話が聞こえてきました。
大柄「うわZUMBAウェア？俺大っ嫌いなんだよね！」
小柄「えっ…そうなんですか」
大柄「ZUMBAウェアだけはほんっと嫌い！あれだけはほんともう、大っ嫌いでさぁ笑笑」
大柄スタッフが、いかにZUMBAウェアが嫌いかを力説している真後ろでそれを試着している私。
小声でも無く大声で…ウェアやそれを買いに来た人を冒瀆するようなその態度、言葉にショックを受けました。
上下黒のジャケットパンツスタイルの大柄なあなた、接客ってなにか知ってますか？
他のスタッフさんはとても素晴らしいのに残念です。
