★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミで店員の態度が悪いと多かったので期待せず行ったら、女性の店員がとても丁寧に接客してくれました。プレゼント用だといったらサイズもいくつか出してもらいラッピングも気を使って頂いてとても良かったです。
There were many reviews that the clerk had a bad attitude, so I went without expecting it, and the female clerk served me very politely. If it's for a gift, I'm glad that you gave me some sizes and took care of the wrapping.

A store specializing in mountaineering, located in the underground shopping center of JR Nagoya Station, from the Esca underground shopping center in the west and to Takashimaya in the east. It is one of the 5 or 6 similar shops on the left and right of the aisle. You can find your own taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、狙っていた冬物のアウターを探しに行きました。
接客の期待はしていませんでしたが、男女2人の店員が『いらっしゃいませ』すら言わないのはある意味凄いなと感じました。
店の空気も良くなく、当然こんな店で買う気など起きず、違う店舗で購入。
もう行くことはないでしょう。
The other day, I went looking for the winter outerwear I was aiming for.
I didn't expect to serve customers, but I felt it was amazing that the two male and female clerk didn't even say "Welcome".
The air in the store is not good, and of course I don't feel like buying at such a store, so I bought it at a different store.
You won't go anymore.
